Hi guys,

I've been trying  for a while, reading through forums etc. different techniques.

And lately I got feeling I was close to orgasm, and I got stuck here. I read on forums at a technique that you can try technique to don't try to cum at all.

I think I noticed improvement here, and at some point I felt like I start floating or something like this. Very relaxing feeling and got very hard and cock start bouncing.  I can stay in this state for like 15 to 30 minutes...

I believe I am stuck at this phase, any tricks to go to next phase?

It sounds like you're starting to figure it out. Relaxing your body as much as possible is key. Doing kegals ect and focusing on the pleasure.  For me nipple rubbing intensifies it.

Perhaps what you experienced was a Super O or a type of Super O, but you are just not aware of it at this point in your journey. This was the case for me.

Super Os don't have steep peaks followed by large deviations in arousal like traditional penile ejaculatory orgasms; they can simultaneously or asynchronously wax, wane, come in waves, trigger sudden full body jolts, transform, relax, cause tingles, contractions in pelvic floor, electric feelings, feelings of energy, frisson, anal contractions, altered states, and more.

It's more of an umbrella term than the singular phenomenon of the traditional orgasm. I was looking out for the sensations I was used to from penile orgasms instead of paying attention to what else I might be experiencing with the Aneros. For this reason, people recommend Penis, Not! to pay attention to new sensations that can be easily masked by penile sensations.

@cummingrainbows

Very much what was said here.

It is as much a mental journey now to learn to relax and drift away. Also like a meditation session.

I've had alot of super O, but have never had one without THC. Alot of the posts you read about the mind shattering super O will come from people who use THC during a session. Dont want to promote drug use but seems like that is what is it common.

I can have low level super O (aless) thru meditation alone now. Full body tingles, white light visions.

Look into working on meditation to help with your sessions. It's very much about relaxing the body and mind.

During a session I always use binaural meditation music. As it helps relax and keep the mind occupied and from drifting off

Am I getting close?

Probably but none of us here can tell you for sure.

So what happens after the 15-30 minute mark? Do you lose arousal? Do you lose patients? Do you start trying to push or will yourself to a higher level of intensity? Some men take 30 -45 minutes just to get to the level of detached relaxation to make these prostate orgasms possible, you need to be PATIENT, you can not force or will them to happen. The best you can do is provide the suitable environment for them to occur. I don't know of any universally effective tricks to get you unstuck but you might find the thread Identifying Facilitators to Progress helpful here.

Good Vibes to You!

I've had that problem with plateaus and just bumping up against a glass ceiling.  All I can say is that I kept at it and eventually got to higher and higher plateaus, but first I had to learn to enjoy where I was at without becoming frustrated, bored, or tired.
