started using helix to achieve hands off orgasm. Been on it evry other night for about a week now.
am following instructions bringing legs almost to waist level and lying on side..doing breathing excercises to relax..when i contract i feel a nice pleasureable sensation..I reach the point however that i want to cum so badly that i use the tab and masturbate to completion. with tab in one hand on penis and other moving the tab. during the course o contracting i do feel the pressure point of the perinium tab as it moves deeper inside. I am producing more pre cum than if i masturbate. Now to last night. after about 30 minutes of contracting...the pleasure became so intense that my legs started shaking uncontrolably from th pleasure sensation...although i didnt ejaculate,.was I experiencing a non ejaculatory orgasm. I could feel that tingling sensation as if i were on the verge of ejaculatory hands free orgasm..couldnt stand it any longer so i continued in the hand masturbatory practice.. but question remains...were the uncontrollable shaking and spasm in my lower abdomen and legs a non ejaculatory orgasm...it was intense and very pleasureable any comment would be appreicated..im 58 y/o

Welcome to the Forum.

Congratulations, from your description of events, it sounds to me like you experienced a full body orgasm. Though it may not have been totally hands free, I suspect with a little self discipline, additional mental focus and more practice sessions you will obtain that goal. However, I would like to caution you to avoid manual manipulation of your new Helix. These devices are designed and intended to be used hands free, using only your internal musculature to move them, otherwise you run the risk of doing damage to the delicate inner structures of your prostate. Two times I thought I was close to orgasm with the Helix. It felt like I was about to pee. So I went into the bathroom, thinking Is this it?, and.... I peed. Both times. Glad I didn't stay in bed.
