I'm not a psychologist so I can't say what would constitute a clinical diagnosis of aberrant behavior. I know viewing pornographic material can and does contribute to sexual arousal, this is very normal and common (just look at the size of the porn industry). Millions of men masturbate while watching various forms of porn. The fact you made your own little porn film is also not uncommon. Though I haven’t made one myself, I don’t think this would constitute bizarre behavior.
It sounds like you have a strong libido that desires frequent satiation. This too is not unusual, especially for younger men. IMHO, masturbation of once per day is hardly anything to be concerned about, unless it is otherwise interfering with other aspects of your life or affecting your relationships. If a super-O is your goal, extending you period of abstinence to several days may make it more likely for your arousal to push open the super-O doorway, allowing you to cross over.
From your statement “I can’t help but feel though that this is low level bizarre behavior.” I infer you may have some unresolved guilt feelings regarding enjoying the pleasures of the body apart from interaction with your wife. This is an area you may wish to contemplate for resolution.

My frequency of traditional masturbation is not nearly as high as yours,
