Alternating bearing down and kegaling with aneros

I question is this when you're trying to get the Super O or a dry o, do You alternate between kegaling tightly and then bearing down. Or do you just clench your ass and do a kegal? I'm confused.

@aneros_user113188,IMO, you should probably forget about bearing down or using Kegel exercises while simultaneously engaging in Aneros activity. I do believe that strong PC muscles are of great assistance in producing P-waves etc while Anerosing but gaining strength of these muscles for that reason should probably form a separate form of exercise, done while not using an Aneros tool.

I think of doing Kegel exercises as a motivator rather than as an integral part of an Aneros session.

Clenching of the anal/rectal muscles during an Aneros session comes quite naturally and, apart from some light voluntary contracting of these muscles in order to move the Aneros tool while inserted, need not really form a major part of your mindset during an Aneros session.

@aneros_user113188...Pommie makes an excellent point...one that took me a while to understand my self...self-inflicted kegels can be a deterrent to building pleasure...the key is to relax and notice the sensations that feel good and let your body/pelvic musculature contract & release as it desires...let your body take over and do what it wants to do and you will be rewarded.

Ok thanks for the info guys. It definitely seems like doing less is more beneficial during a session. The do nothing approach so to speak, outside of some light contracting is the way to go. Can't wait to see where this takes me. Sometimes if I just let go I start to get some pleasurable feelings that seem to build but then nothing happens and it goes away.

I find one 20% kegal hold for 4 seconds when arousal seems to be decreasing helps to spike arousal up again.

I have been using a small kegel hold maybe 20-30 percent in my past few sessions and the buzzing is driving me crazy. It's like vibration on a very low setting. I'm guessing this is my anus and prostate getting ready to take off and orgasm. Just not sure what needs to happen to get over the edge into full orgasms.

I did that especially when I began working with Progasm ICE, Progasm Classic, and Maximus a good three or four months after I began my sessions in June 2012. Bearing down, I think, means a sustained anal contraction, which in a way is similar to Kegeling.

During many of my sessions then, I would have anal contractions that would last 15 or 30 seconds and let the energy build resulting in massage action with those larger models. It was both exhilarating and exhausting at the same time.

Thereafter, I learned to let go and relax with all my Aneros models. In time, I let them work for me. The immediate result was that I experienced fun and pleasure with these models.

Now after a good two years and a half of sessions, what I do so is effortless. I am now on the road to greater control and nuance in my Aneros sessions. While I haven't achieved a Super-O yet, I come away from my sessions with Aless which lasts for hours on end. I can now exercise control and nuance even in Aless without thinking about it. Or even better, I induce an Aless state anywhere by just thinking about it. 😉

If you feel you "have" to do something, try an exercise that I have found useful which is half way between visualization and active contractions. There is no question in my mind that most of the road to success is in your mind (see Pspotsquirter's spot on comments). And actively physically moving the device may be a detraction, not only a diversion to get started (though during a session that is moving along well, an occasionally upwards pulling in of the device can trigger in me a "bam" kind of boost). So, instead of actually moving the device, think about moving the device, gently: Kegeling and anti-Kegeling (as it were). Do it rhythmically and even synchronize with your breathing. For me, and I stress,"for ME", this is a consistently effective way to launch myself.

Our good buddy, @HopefulMMOer, talks about Kegels and Reverse Kegels. I do all this now in my sessions with all my models. And yes, as you say, "Do it rhythmically and even synchronize with your breathing!" I can even do this in Aless. It is so awesome, even as I type this response!

@aneros_user113188,I think your body is telling you that your prostate is in the process of waking up! Just enjoy this subtle buzzing and you may well find that it gradually becomes more intense until before you know it, you are enjoying a full-blown dry O'. Just don't try to control what is happening. Go along for the ride.

Soon, you may find this begins to happen A-less, on a regular (daily) basis, as it has with me.

I think I'm very close to something big happening during my sessions. It feels like like a dry o or super o could be imminent with the buzzing and the general feelings I have but then nothing happens. I'm trying to contain my expectations but I feel like it could happen any session now. The only thing I hope is when it does happen I can contain myself and am not too loud as I do it at night when the wife and kids are asleep. Lol.

Maybe as the expectations grow is the time to reduce them and. Just savor the feelings, AU113188. Feel them with all your senses and do not worry. When it hits it will be great. Just try to be quiet.LOL. I've actually been very successful with riding after my wife's asleep. You can have very nice O's while maintaining "radio silence".

I too have 90% of my sessions in bed while my wife sleeps next to me...a few times I woke her up with what I thought were inaudible moans 😀 Also have awoken her with twitching spasms I could not prevent. Oh well at least she knows what I'm doing to "improve my prostate health" B-)

@Jaxsun same here. The moaning seldom happens, but I do tend to thrash about, and even with a Sleep-Number bed (with separate bladders), it still wakes her up from time to time. But since I seldom have feelings strong enough to cause erotic spasms, it seldom is an issue.

I lie perfectly relaxed and let the feelings build while light tickling my nipples. If it's one of those times the feelings are really going to come, I get these involuntary contractions of my rectum that tightly "grip" the Aneros more than anything else I would describe it as, and the feelings build into an intense orgasmic feeling in which I feel like I'm ejaculating as hard as I can but nothing's coming out. These feelings come with my rectum tightening up with the deep pelvic and flowing out into my penis orgasmic sensation coming on, then relaxing, in about 3 minute cycles and sometimes can go on for over 20 minutes.

I one time did bad damage to myself while standing in the bathroom brushing my teeth, shaving, and simultaneously doing and holdings strong kegals with the Progasm inserted. DO NOT DO THAT! I had a large erection at the time, but then I looked and my penis was bluish/black, and became shrunken. I also had some pain. The dark coloration did not go away and I was fearing I would have to go to the ER. Ended up missing a Christmas party because of it. I soon saw my Urinologist,but that was after some of the circulation returned. It took several months for most of the pain to go away, but almost all has been gone for awhile. Use the Aneros in the proper recommended way. Also do not lay with it pressing hard against your perinium, etc. I once had a bad experience that way as well. Smaller light contractions are good, and the short harder contractions are fine while having the orgasm. Just don't hold those tightly a long time and apparently not while standing up.
