So first ill describe the experience. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling very aroused. This is very common for me nowadays and I kinda like it even if it disturbs my sleep somewhat. Anyway I decided not to do anything but go back to sleep. I decided to sleep on my stomach. However, sleeping on my stomach put a bit of pressure on the penis, and because I was so aroused, I started getting very pleasant sensations. My penis started to go erect, but I decided to "fight" it by completely relaxing and doing a slight reverse kegel.
The pleasant sensations still kept growing in intensity and I started having waves of "heat" radiate through my body. My heart rate went up and my breathing became very rapid. Then I started to tremble a lot, almost to the point of it being to uncomfortable. I had the feeling that I'd have a very powerful orgasm any second, but sadly I didn't get over the edge. The good sensations disappeared and I was left a bit disappointed. Oh well, better luck next time.

Now to the reason why I made this thread. Shortly afterwards I got some intense pain in (what I believe to be) the bladder, which kept growing. It's possible I had some pain in the testicles also, but it would've been much less intense than the one in my bladder. I decided to go pee to check if that would relieve the pain. Luckily it did. I think the urine was a bit sticky, yet completely clear. Any idea what could've caused this? Could it have been some sort of weird retrograde ejaculation, but without the sperm? Because the only time I can remember having similar pain was when I had a retrograde ejaculation, though it wasn't near as intense that time.

Edit:
Another random question. Does more intense build up towards orgasm generally mean more powerful orgasm? My dry-o so far (keep in mind they've all been non-prostate ones) have had very short and weak build up (just a bit of "heat", no trembling, only small change in breathing etc) and the resulting orgasm were not very intense. If this is the case, then I think this orgasm I didn't get could've been very powerful, which is very exciting! Although I don't know if it would've been a dry one, after all, I was applying stimulation to the penis.

@throwawayacc I will comment on your first question. If your session was a little aggressive, you might have bruised your prostate. Relieving yourself could have releases some pressure on your prostate as your bladder sits on top of it. A lot of members are anxious to achieve the Super-O and often apply excess force in their contractions resulting in bruising the prostate. The liquid is probably prostatic fluids coming out such as what you get when milking a prostate.

I suggest to ease up on sessions for a while and if the pain continues, see your doctor ASAP.

@GGringo I don't believe he had a device in, he said he was just sleeping.

It could have been some sort of cramp, I wouldn't worry about it unless it persists.
