Just wondered if anybody else has had this happen. I find that when I'm using the dildo, hands free, suctioned to a wall, I get air constantly going into my rectum and being expelled. If air gets trapped inside when the dildo goes in it creates a sort of bloated feeling until I remove it and the air is expelled. Kind of annoying.

Yep, that's a classic. Happens with traditional intercourse as well. Depending on the position and the thrusting speed, the dildo/penis acts as a pump which pumps air into the receiver. Yes it's annoying. Try slower movements and/or another position.
