After TURP/HOLEP surgery?

After quite a few months of use with only mild pleasure, I gave up my Helix Syn some five years ago. About 10 months back, I donated some 1/2-2/3 of my oversize prostate to a surgeon's laser. And now, I've bought a shiny new Helix Syn and am about to give it another try.

I'm wondering about the experience of others who have had the same surgery. Has the surgery had any effect on your Aneros experience? Is it more or less pleasurable? Have there been any negative aspects? Thanks.
