I don't know what it is about these little products. After a long time of hearing (and seeing) people have success with Aneros, I continued to try my best to get my own satisfaction. Just recently, I have went from almost 10 years of basically nothing, to getting the P Waves that users talk about toward the beginning of sessions. Now that I have seen that finally the product might work for me, what is it that typically needs to happen for me to take the next step? What feelings or sensations should I be looking out for?

I'm happy to hear you feel you've made a breakthrough. I went back through my responses in all your authored threads -> My Experience / Questions, Thats it .. Im done with Aneros ... and this post, Aneros Progress!!! & The Law Of Attraction & Aneros to see if I had posted any information which could have delayed or misdirected your progress. I don't think I did and I'd offer the same advice now as I did then.

What feelings or sensations should I be looking out for?

Please see my response to a similar question in the thread -> What is the initial feeling suposed to be like?. I'll cringe if anyone says "...you're supposed to feel..." this or that sensation. You've read plenty of testimonials to know sensations/feelings are widely varied, if anyone suggests you 'look' for something specific then you run the risk of missing other subtle sensations which are perhaps more significant to your progress than the ones you are 'looking for'. Can you get to the state of mind where you can objectively observe your own inner reactions without analyzing or passing judgment on the experience of the moment? When you are in that mind state your body can speak to your subconscious and your subconscious can convey through intuition to your conscious mind steps, activities, positions, etc. which will further your progress. This will work far better for you than anything we can tell you to 'look for'. Good Vibes to You !

First of all, congrats on finally getting off the mark, many would have given up long ago. Now you’ve had some p-waves,it sounds like your starting to believe. Now, the trick is to NOT to go on the hunt for orgasm like a tomahawk missile, that will result in the destruction of progress. Instead, look back and see the success your session was,not see it as failure because of absent orgasm,do your best to forget orgasm altogether, next session, just try to relax and enjoy whatever sensations may come, hopefully you can build on your belief, and progress will come at its own pace, and be happy after sessions for what you get from them, maybe you’ll get back to p-waves easier, maybe some new piece of the puzzle will unveil itself, whatever it is,react positively. Good luck on your journey.

Thanks Tommy.

There is no step by step guide. I guess if there was, I would be where I wanted to be with Aneros MANY years ago. I understand the process. You don't want to trip yourself up by looking for things or having set expectations for future sessions. I'm just wondering if there is anything that I can do to measure my progress. Everyone's journey is different, but what sensations typically occur next on the journey? How long do most users typically stay within the P wave phase? Anything that I have to look forward too besides the grand orgasm that we all need to get out of our mind during the process.

Rumel, I know we are splitting hairs here. I also know that I could more than likely search the forum and find a lot of answers. But I want to hear about what people are feeling and experiencing now, not ten years ago. If that makes sense...

Don't get in a hurry and try to push things along. That's all I can think of. Enjoy where you are and the rest will come.

@Nat Actually,if you look on general discussion,a post or two down is the post “quick and dirty path”..it’s as close to a step by step guide as you’ll get, read it,try and practice it,the Aneros wiki has detailed instructions, tips and tricks also..As for what’s next,p-waves maybe come back faster,or you can get to them easier, most journeys I think ramp up in stages and plateaus..it’s the same a little while, then some new things happen and on you go. You’ll get there :).

Hello @Nat congrats on the forward progress. I think one thing that has helped me the most is I no longer try to feel anything and if something happens I accept it without analyzing to figure out what it was. There is no such thing as a bad or dud session, the body accepts all stimulus and responds whether we think it is pleasurable or not. The more we accept it as pleasure the more pleasure we will experience, unless of course it hurts like hell than don't do it again.

The most difficult thing for me was to remove all expectations that something should happen each time I tried something. I was guilty of that in the beginning of my journey but because I'm greedy when it comes to orgasms I want them all the time all day long every day, but also because of this I was able to drop expectations because there is no such thing as bad sex. Here's to moving forward.

Wanting to hit a milestone or expecting a certain outcome is the exact same as setting expectations and the opposite of having an open mind.
What is the goal to measure your progress?

As for how long a person typically stays within the P-wave phase? Why do you think this is a phase and why would you want to get out of it?

The only thing that can be different from 10 years ago is you.
