Advise for someone thinking about aneros?

Several years ago when I had bladder cancer the took a deep biopsy of my prostate. I've never been the same since. I want to try aneros but do not know what model to buy. The helex and progams are at amazon for a good price and the MGX also wich has poor reviews. Any advise out there?

I looked up the MGX on Amazon and it had no reviews.
I would start with the MGX or the helix.

I'm also currently looking to buy my first aneros. I have it narrowed to the Helix or Progasm. I have used anal toys in the past, so that is the only reason why I am considering the Progasm. Otherwise I would go for the Helix as the first model.
