I have just purchased the aneros as I have had a redo circumcision and frenulum removal and understand it may help with sexual relief until the healing is complete.
Any advice on using the device to ejaculate without penile stimulation would be very welcome please.

I would be very careful before engaging in anything that might cause penile engorgment (erection). The use of the Aneros can indeed result in this, and as a matter of fact an intense erection has always been a signature of the non-ejaculatory orgasm or Super O for me. Given what you've gone through with your procedure, I wouldn't mess with it! . My suggestion is to wait until you've fully recooperated. If you're unsure when that will be...ask your doctor.
