Hoping to acheive the Super-O, I have recently tried again with my helix after a few failed attempts about 6 months ago. But I'm hitting a wall in reaching a full prostate orgasm.

After insertion, within about 3 minutes of normal breathing, I start to feel pleasure and my dick gets hard and I start to orgasm. I get a sensation of fullness around the aneros and it feels like I cant move the aneros with my pc muscles as the area around the aneros feels tingly and engorged. After this, before the pleasure can reach a typical orgasm level, the sensation goes away and I go soft. I have managed to acheived another similar sensation within 10 minutes but 2 was it.

I would like to know if the fullness I am feeling is my prostate contracting and when I do reach the level previously explained, what should I do to progress - do I consciously contact my pc muscles to move the aneros harder or change my breathing?

It's hard to say, odr. Three minutes sounds like a very short time to me to be almost at orgasm. I can think of two scenarios:

1. You are at the point of having dry-Os, but you aren't relaxed enough to really let them blossom. The aneros is not moving because your muscles are clenched tight, which happens to me when I am having one. Try to find a way to get yourself more fully relaxed and in tune with the sensations. Try to have an open mind about what you will experience, as it will probably not exactly match your expectations. I know my first super-O was not what I expected, but was actually better in a lot of nice ways.

2. I think that it is more likely that you are feeling some p-waves from contact between prostate and aneros, perhaps with your pulse contributing some slight movement. The helix is not moving properly because you are not using enough or the right type of lubrication, or you are clenching hard. If you are not pre-lubing, try that. Be liberal with it until you figure out how much you need. The aneros should move with only minimal effort on your part. Once these conditions are met, you will want to work on stimulating involuntaries. It seems to work differently for different people here. Some just try to relax their muscles entirely. I use a very slight PC contraction that has recently become almost automatic itself. It took me several sessions, but I must have stumbled upon the right conditions and the involuntaries have been fairly easy to get since. Once you are getting involuntaries, relax, relax, relax and get your mind in the right place. It seemed to me like my body progressed on its own to the point of dry-O whether I was with it in mind or not. It might sound strange, but your mental state is incredibly important. If your mind isn't there, the experience will be nice. If your mind is there, it will be something quite extraordinary. Try not to let your excitement translate to tension and keep practicing.

doesnt apply to me yet only being 5 or so weeks through my journey but that good advice in generla relaxtion and the power of the mind are the main factors in going over the boarder into new territory

Hi, odr. After I insert my Aneros (the Eupho's my favorite) I relax completely for about 10 minutes "trying" so to speak for nothing to happen. Then I start lightly tickling my nipples and let the Eupho begin to move as it wants to. I've been rewired for several months now so a lot of this comes automatically for me at this point, but instantly upon tickling my nipples I feel a strong tingling sensation in my prostate and within 2 to 3 minutes a hard erection involuntarily comes and the tingling becomes very intense through my pelvis and out into my penis and then an intense dry orgasm will come that feels just like I'm ejaculating, often lasting 3 to 5 minutes or sometimes longer, at which point finally it slowly subsides and my erection partially softens. I can bring these sensations back three or four more times, though they won't always be as strong as the first, but they're still very pleasurable and relaxing, and then I'm usually ready to quit and go to sleep.

The sensation where you felt your rectum clamping down around the Aneros is, I think, an involuntary contraction and this is the involuntary (that is, out of your direct muscular control) tightening of your anal and rectal muscles around the Aneros that squeezes it into your prostate and brings on (as you progress in your rewiring) the orgasmic feeling. When I feel these involuntary contractions come I know that in just a moment an big orgasm is going to follow.

Odr,

It appears you were at the point I was a few weeks ago. For me, getting over that hump was a two part solution.
1) Relax
2) (I think the most important) Was I didn't have enough lube in my anus canal. The 1/2 inch or so muscle leading into your rectum. Without this lubricated effectively, the Aneros does not move freely.

Like you I had the same question about keeping my PC muscle contracted. I found out that the above two items held true for me. My Aneros started dancing on it's own last night after 5 minutes, and did things to me that I never dreamed possible. It continued dancing for well over an hour, and my lubrication was the best it has ever been. I didn't want to end the session, but had to after multiple Dry O's that lasted for what seemed like minutes each. This was the first time anything like this has happened to me.

I switched lubrication to the Now Shea Butter as recommended to me by Love_is. I read through this thread on Shea Butter, followed a few of the guidelines on how to apply properly. I like how this product is natural, edible, and so slick after it warms up.

It did take me a few minutes to learn to relax as the Aneros took on a life of it's own. This allowed it to do what it does best. I had a major break through, and owe it all to lubrication. Not only internally, but on the anus muscle. The anus muscle was my missing link, as I always had ample lubrication internally.

I sure hope what everyone has mentioned here helps you get over this hurdle along your journey. Please let us know how things work out for you.
