Adding more time to your aneros session

Yesterday's session was fucking amazing! Ever since I eliminated pornographic from my aneros sessions I have had countless orgasms. I have to admit yesterday was one of my first aneros sessions in a long time that was actually enjoyable, but one thing I really do hate is when people interrupt you in the middle of a session.

Yesterday's session was all about deep breathing and building the orgasm. Like I said I got to meditate and explore my own body in more depth then ever. I believe one of the reasons my the aneros session was so successful is because I eliminated pornographic material and focus on myself.

Yesterday session lasted about 30 minutes with no traditional masturbation whatsoever.

What is the longest session you guys ever had and should I expand my session longer than 30 minutes? I have this idea of hitting a certain mark every time and going past that mark next round. I'm thinking about adding five more minutes or 10 at least to my session next round or just see how long I can go.

My sessions vary, depending on my relaxation and energy levels, from half an hour to close to two hours. My general "rule" is to let the session last as long as I'm enjoying it and have the desire to continue. I recently "graduated" to a progasm, and that has elevated my pleasure to new heights, which makes me want to have longer sessions, sometimes with, and sometimes without, a super-T at the end. There are times, too, when the session is so good, I'm oblivious to time, and that often results in a much longer session. I guess to sum it up, I would suggest you focus on the experience, don't worry about time, and just enjoy!!!

Yes, that's a real turn-off, it totally disrupts your "zoneros".

What is the longest session you guys ever had and should I expand my session longer than 30 minutes?

My longest session was probably just under 3 hours but a typical Anerosession for me is about 1 to 1½ hours. You might like to see what some of your fellow forum members think in the user poll -> How long is just right to ride your Aneros?

I would suggest you focus on the experience, don't worry about time, and just enjoy!!!

I believe this manner of thinking is counterproductive to the needed relaxation and needed time allowance for your body to ease into the orgasmic state. The idea you can exert your ego conscious control to produce the orgasmic state is illusory at best, your body has it's own time frame for action, it does not depend on a clock and is highly variable. I know it is often difficult in our busy daily life to set aside a large block of time to enjoy an Anerosession much less have that time correspond to a period of heightened arousal but to maximize your pleasure potential that is what you need to do. This may mean having less frequent sessions but the reward is more satisfying sessions when you do have them (see How frequently do you use your massager?).

My sessions are always at least 45 minutes and typically 1.5 to 2 hours...My longest session was about 3 hours but I believe I fell askeep for a period of time. I agree with others that I keep going if the pleasure continues to drive my interest & desire.

I do sign every word, especially the last recommendation.

My maximum has been five hours with interruptions. My advance may be, instead of hating

when people interrupt you in the middle of a session.

I have no problem to continue my session after a short interruption just where I have been. I already answered phone calls or even received parcels in between.

But when I'm already becoming tired and only the thought comes to my mind that I might go on because a desired success may not have happened, I call it a session.

Including Aless my new minimum today: 1 minute.
Yes, indeed, and I loved every second.

I stood naked in front of the mirror, closing forefinger and thumb of both hands forming an O.
Then putting the other fingers of my right hand on my perineum and the middle finger of my left hand on my right nipple.

Phew!

I repeated this later when dressed, I repeated it right now, while typing and sitting in my chair, it feels awesome and is such a fun! I love these new quickies!

I usually go for about 2 hours....30-45 a-less, usually have 2-3 super O's then I put a toy in for the same length of time and then toy out and finish by hand for another 30 or so....times may vary

Why set goals and expectations? Might prevent you from fully immersing into your session. My longest is an hour, I can’t even imagine going longer, lol, I think I would stroke out! Usually I do 40minutes.

@Orgasmic19 I agree with @rumel above. Also, I think it is best to allow more time than you need so that you are not rushed or putting unneeded pressure on yourself. I do like your part of practicing one element of relaxing like breathing for the session. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks [USER="39773"]ReWire[/USER] . Deep breathing has some great benefits such as detoxing the body and creating raw energy. I believe Osho said the orgasm starts in the belly and I believe this to be true statement. If we look at the Trantric traditions and traditional Chinese Medicine we can see the belly is a big energy source referred as the lower tan tien. I can now create raw sexual energy without the aneros just by deep breathing also called belly breathing. I personally believe as I stated the orgasm starts in the belly.

I'd say the orgasm starts in the brain.

It's truly helpfull to focus on breathing and it's also helpful to focus on your belly as one of your chakras but you, too, can focus on your gland and your nipples instead.

Today I did so when doing my morning routine. I already did so some more times, but this time I started with looking at my nipples in the mirror. And it flashed me when I noticed them becoming erect while only looking and not yet focusing on them. Seeing them growing and protrusioning made me extremely horny. Now I focused on them and on my gland and a wonderful standingasm started.

Perhaps one or the other would like to try my Qi Gong exercises, I fill up my body and soul energy with every morning.
I learned them from a Qi Gong Master some years ago, but I forgot its name. It consists of five active parts followed by two very short meditations.
0) Stand upright, legs a little more than shoulder-width apart, arms hanging down loose on each side

1 to 5) Do each of these circles eight times, during the first two parts bend at your knees to support the motion.

1) Bring together your hands in front of your pelvis, palms upwards and right hand lying in your left hand, now raise both hands in front of you, let the hands follow a line as if you were swimming and turn your palms downwards as if to fly but focus on catching as much energy from the universe as your hands can collect while you are describing the outlines of a heart, bringing both hands in front of your belly where you put all this collected energy before you start the next circle.

2) Start the same motion in an opposite direction, beginning with both arms hanging loose on each side, then turning your palms to the front and then to each side, this time collecting as much energy from the earth and bringing it (describing the outlines of a heart) in a white bow upwards and in front of you down to your belly again - like you would try to make yourself as wet as possible standing in water up to your belly. Put the energy in front of your belly, before you start the next circle.

3) Visualize and hold that ball of energy you just collected from Heaven and Earth in your open palms, your right hand lying in your left hand, now, while leaving enough space for your energy ball, turn your palms to your belly and describe a circle in front of your belly moving over your navel, your hips and your genitals, supplying all this parts with energy.

4) Beginning like in part three you now move your energy ball upwards to your forehead across all your internal organs supplying them with energy and down to your balls again and back to your belly for one circle.

5) Beginning like in part three and four you now move your energy - split up in two balls - around your hips to your kidneys and back to your belly supplying these parts with energy, too.

6) Come to a rest with this ball of energy in your open palms in front of your belly, your right hand lying in your left hand, breath in and breath out, counting to eight,

7) Now leave that ball of energy there in front of your belly and let your hands sink down until they hang loose again on both sides. Focus on your energy ball and let it become part of your belly, feel it spreading through your whole body while you breath in and out, counting to eight.

8) Not being part of the properly Qi Gong routine I now lead parts of my energy ball's vibes to my gland, awaking it to take part and to interact with my collected and spread energy. Thus I feel my gland spreading orgasmic vibes through my body, making me do silly hip and pelvis movements, bending at my knees, while my nipples and penis come to full erection. Finally it leads to a full body orgasm while my cock is rock hard and dripping first drops of precum.

Sometimes I jump on my bed afterwards to have some fine Aless, sometimes I do another exercise at the open window taking ten deep breathes to drag the energy from the earth through the soles of my feet and up my whole body visualizing my body as a bottle being filled up with ten percent of energy by each breath, finally doing two more breaths to let the energy spill over.

This is how I love to start my day. Btw, I love to do my exercises naked with my window wide open and to slightly stroke my nipples during part four. Have fun!
