Hi all,
I have noticed from past threads that some of you preserve your energy by not ejaculating. It is something I am trying at the moment but I just wondered how long do you usually go without ejaculating and also is it good to ejaculate every so often just to clear out the system?

It is really up to each individual to know how long to wait.
Personally, I'm lucky to go 3 days. 4 days is usually my max before I feel like I will explode if I don't do something!
I never have any problems in between ejaculating and still having Super-O's, I guess I'm just a super horny guy...
I know some members here have mentioned they can wait for a week or two before they feel they need to ejaculate, and they still can have great Super-O's in between.
IMHO, if you plan a session, and Aneros use, you should wait a bit to be horny and ready to go, it will enhance your session for sure!
By all means, ejaculate from time to time.... I think it is healthy for your system!
