I've had alot of success with even dud sessions when i relax on my back with knees bent, feet flat on the bed/floor, and begin abdominal breathing exercises. Inhale and mske the stomach rise, exhale and mke it fall. Even sucking the belly in a little. Repeat. Usually in a minutes timing the pleasure cycle begins.

@yankeecowboy : That sort of slow breathing is great. And when I focus on the "exhale", I will blow out the air all the way--not forcefully, but as far as I can without having to gasp for breath afterwards. Doing that in conjunction with your technique may induce Aless nicely.

@yankeecowboy I'll second the benefits of deep breathing. I *think* all that motion helps stimulates the prostate (in a similar way slow pelvic rocking / thrusting does). I also (sometimes) pull my stomache in on the exhale. I also pulse (similar to strong crying where your stomach "hitches" or "jerks") on the exhale for about two or three cycles every now and again... I read that can help trigger involuntaries... but I personally find it strenuous, not comfortable and inconclusive so its a very occasional thing for me.

oddly I think my cpap machine thinks that is supposed to be "normal" and has started to "asist" in theose kinds of breahs - lol!

I usually manage to get in 20 to 30 long deep inhale exhale cycles before the involantaries take over and im on my way.The thought that I have 60 to 90 minutes of bliss in front of me just turns me on all the more.Having said that I did have a complete DUD a few days ago.

Guys, deep belly breathing has been a staple of my Anerosessions for many years now and has been a repeated topic of conversation on the forum. Please see @rook 's post in A Question about Breathing for some helpful tips and information links. You can also read Deep Belly Breathing and Relaxing (a file I downloaded many years ago authored by Temple University Professor R. Hicks, unfortunately no longer available online).
Good Vibes to You !
