Hello

I'd like other guys to try a personal technique (adapted from the Aneros Wiki) that I developed. I've posted here a few times. I would like those people who are going to try to report their results. I was already "reconnected" before developing this technique and I don't know what the result will be for someone who is at the beginning of the journey. I cannot say the result to avoid a mental "placebo effect".

I have recommended abdominal breathing to some users who still haven't had success with aneros. The difference in the technique I use is that I practice it daily outside of the sessions aneros . I would like you to try it and tell me if it worked for you or not.

Technique below:

https://wiki.malegspot.com/index.php?title=Getting_Started#Breathing

This is the link . On that Wiki page you will find mention of abdominal breathing in the Titles (Physical Arousal / Breathing) . There are many techniques together about breathing and contractions.

My suggestion is that you try belly breathing only.

Try to do abdominal breathing completely. Adjust the speed of breathing and then inhale the air (inflating the abdomen) then exhale releasing the air completely (leaving the abdomen at the limit of emptying).

When you inhale and exhale you will be able to perceive internal anal movements (natural and subtle) and also possibly feel the scrotum contract slightly when you release the air (deflate the abdomen.). Repeat the process for 10 minutes at least twice a day. Remember, do this outside of sessions.

After these exercises, you may feel a slight tiredness or tension in the abdominal muscles. (no exaggeration)

Personally, I don't do this during the session because I lose concentration (this changes from person to person). Note after these exercises if you feel the arousal increase even a little.

And gradually observe what will happen during the session.

Maybe you'll find out how precious your ass 😉 is. I can only advance this information.

Good luck

I've been trying it out a bit during sessions as a way to calm down, outside of sessions I find it hard to remember so far!  Keeping at it though, it's in the back of my head.

No tester unfortunately.

Currently I reduced / adjusted the technique to 5 minutes 1 time a day.

So far 2 amazing months. I would really like to know if this technique can be replicated, especially for those on the aneros journey who haven't made much progress.

Give it a try, don't underestimate the technique 🫶, if it doesn't work for you just stop using it . Please report if no noticeable /considerable results.

Thanks for reading.

This topic has interest to me as I use it from time to time today.  Once upon a time, I did these every day for like 6 months, trying to improve and reduce urination frequency under the care of a yrology practice's physical therapist.  She taught me how to do these, and drilled me on it to make sure I was doing them beneficially to imrpove my pelvic floor strength.  (see attached picture from the sheets given to me)  After a while, I did acheive improved strength to her satisfaction: she measured it with electronic devices.

Simply put, I do "kegels" as they are called by these steps in my mind:  1) inhale for 3 seconds allowing the belly to grow, 2) exhale slowly for 5 seconds, starting with a penis pull in or retraction, 3) relax for a few seconds, then repeat...etc.

I do about 10 of these after inserting my Aneros Helix Syn V, no vibration on al all in order to warm up the device and me.  I do this on my back, knees up, pelvis tilted up in front of a mirror watching.  I see the device being clamped upon and moving while going through the above 3 simple steps.

Then I just relax and enjoy the feeling to one degree or another, whatever it gives me.  Then I repeat Kegels in this manner several times.  I begin to drip pre-cum slowly, then I may go on my knees, and maybe gravity gives me more drippage in strings.  I may at this point turn on a little low level vibration, and then may get some additional drippage or globs.   I try not to touch, but the drippage may be needing a wipe and sometimes that is arousing.  I try to save myself, but do not always succeed because of the erections and their feelings.  This may continue for 45-60 minutes for my complete session.

I looked at the link you sent and the key words, reading the detail in this link within:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diaphragmatic_breathing

This is akin to the belly breathing that you mention, so I think we are close to being on the same track.  Your comments are welcome, questions, too.  Thanks for posting this topic!

Cool ! The exercise is the same. The links are very helpful. On Wikipedia it says that this technique is under review about other benefits (not yet proven) that I didn't even know about. It's interesting because it doesn't require a lot of time and seems to have many benefits.

Personally, I have observed a certain muscle conditioning (in the pelvis, abdomen, anus/rectum region) a slight muscle strengthening that (perhaps) is not possible to obtain with common kegels.

The amount of this exercise and the continuity (doing it every day) generates this muscle conditioning. I won't say the in-session effects just yet. Thanks for sharing your experience. What did you feel at (the time) you did it?

Those who have obtained a Super O know that this orgasmic feeling spreads from there or from nearby regions. My rectal excitement is fantastic after practicing these exercises.

Literally a ′′ hunger ′′ there 😏🕳️ . (Lol)

What did you feel at (the time) you did it?

To answer your question, different things at different times - let me explain:

When I started the exercises, I was not doing any prostate massages; I was just doing the exercises to get stronger.  So, after doing many reps, I experienced muscle fatigue, fairly typical of any repped exercise.

Then I decided to begin prostate massage, so I bought devices (2).  I was trained how to do it by a physical therapist, PhD, employed by a urology practice.  It is worthy to note:  my goal was to reduce urination frequency, and I had symptoms of BPH.  My unrination frequency did not change after repeated exercise and prostate massages 2 or 3 times a week.  This urology practice then wanted to try an implanted device, to which I said "no" and I will seek a 2nd opinion.

But I was also starting to get feelings from the massages, as a side effect.  Those feeling were relaxing, drippage of seminal fluid/precum, improved erections, and ejaculations from my sessions ending in masturbation (I was trying to restrict these!).

The 2nd opinion led to prostate surgery (HoLEP, laser) to reduce its size from huge 94 gram to normal (<30 gram), thereby reducing the restriction in the urethra which was causing overactive bladder.  I had to suspend prostate massage for about three months, and all sex too, to allow the prostate to completely and safely heal. I was doing normal activities in about 3 or 4 days.

So I picked up prostate massage again, and sexual activities with my lovely and buxom wife. She would say that I gradually increased my libido with her, and prostate massage had a hand in that. My feelings now and a little quicker to realize.  Insertion of the toy takes a while to produce feelings but is slowly improving.  My wife does not do the prostate massage on me, but is supportive of me doing it solo.  But she has figured out that massage my perineum strongly produces an orgasm that is more intense than before all of this, and it is very quick. I have to try to slow her down, LOL!

This morning I will do a prostate massage in the shower with my Aneros Helix Syn V, 1st without vibration, do some kegels (10 or so), then turn on light vibration.   I will touch the device in my ass after a bit and wiggle it backwards and forwards and I can feel it deep inside of me, touching the prostate no doubt because of its anatomical design and fit in me (I am 6'3" tall, 205 lbs., age 73 and very fit). This gets me aroused and hard, at which time I do my kegels.  This kegel with an erect penis is expectantly more sensual than when soft in the begining of the session.  The visual also causes the increase in mental activity, thereby pressure to resist in touching.  I counteract that urge by shaving my scotum and penis shaft - a good time to do that and settle down.

Life is great!

As you had not started prostate stimulation then there was possibly no way that this abdominal breathing technique could bring about a "sexual association". It was a clinical therapy for muscle strengthening.

Prostate massages bring an additional sensitivity to sexuality. If it's safe for you, resume abdominal breathing outside of sessions and see what happens during your aneros sessions.

Now you are inside this wonderful world of prostatic pleasure and depending on your progress with aneros, (abdominal breathing) it may be useful if it is safe for you (after a long time after the surgery). I'm curious if there really is an association between Super os and abdominal breathing. My tests alone are not enough.

I am very satisfied 😵‍💫 with the results and I want others to be too.

I do a lot of belly breathing and other breathing - both intentional and unintentional. I am very connected to my breath because I have done breathwork for years even before discovering prostate play

I have found that abdominal breathing with a prostate massager inserted is highly erotic but not the quickest way to a super orgasm for me.

Through experimentation I have found that different aspects of breathing can trigger different responses in the pelvic area. Here are some examples of different things that I have found interesting-

  • Holding my breath, lungs full, abdomen inflated
  • Holding my breath, lungs full, chest inflated
  • Holding my breath, lungs empty
  • "Top half" breathing (only exhaling halfway before inhaling)
  • "Bottom half" breathing (only inhaling halfway before exhaling)
  • Panting (shortened breaths)
  • Groaning/grunting
  • Vocalizations (both voluntary and involuntary!)

The activation of the muscles involved in these breathing patterns seem to yield involuntary responses in the pelvic floor. I've found that by isolating different aspects of breathing, I can recreate particular involuntary muscle contractions in the pelvic floor that feel good and can get things going. I particularly really enjoy top half breathing and panting.

Obligatory warning- certain health conditions could be impacted by breathwork so talk to your doc first if you have concerns. Experimenting with breathwork can cause momentary loss of consciousness under certain conditions so never do this in a situation where losing consciousness could be harmful (such as in water or operating heavy machinery)

Thanks for the answer. This text contains spoilers 😆

I'll tell you the effects: I practice abdominal breathing 5 minutes every day outside of the aneros sessions.

The first effects after each practice are excitement (not exactly an erection) and a state of libido, a slightly greater sexual desire. It varies but happens frequently.

I've always looked for an alternative to Kegels (something that could positively impact the excitement and effectiveness of aneros sessions). For me Kegels bring a super muscle response and a certain insensitivity (I don't have better words but it's in that sense). I'm not doing kegels .

Today I just insert my Eupho and soon I think it has been molded for my anus. It fits so perfect 🤤.

Because of the abdominal breathing I noticed how the rectal sensitivity increased. Pleasure capture has become much more spontaneous and continuous. The duration of all this pleasure goes hand in hand with what I said before. I would say that the Super Os happen almost automatically, the sessions increasingly spread through the abdominal muscles that now seem more prepared to capture and distribute with greater ease.

There seems to be a greater muscle conditioning (mild) linking the erection and the anus (which happened with less intensity before). Contracting the penis (raising) during an erection moves much more with all the musculature of the pelvis and anus. The set of muscles in this region acts in a more coordinated and precise way. Personally still testing after 3 months so far. I brought this technique to see if it might work for others as well.

Great reminder, do it safely. Establish a regularity of aneros sessions as well (2 or 3 times a week) for the body to recharge energy.

Overall today I have longer session duration, greater pleasure and response, greater arousal (general) and anal arousal. For me currently a clear definition between before and after abdominal breathing.

Some questions @iceman-disciple  : What aneros do you use? How are your sessions? Thanks for the answers and good luck

Let your anus give you the pleasure you deserve 😉.

@soul-pleasure this approach really works for me. I just focus on this technique and do nothing else. I have experienced the most mind blowing sensations and super Os. I do find that I sometimes get to a point where my penis becomes erect and I have a very powerful ejacluatory orgasm without touching my penis. It is extremely intense and pleasurable and I only get this when I use abdominal breathing. It is sometimes hard to believe when you look down you are coming and not even touching your penis.

So glad the technique worked for you 👏 .

During was your super O you using aneros or A-less? How long have you been practicing abdominal breathing? The few times I decide to have a wet orgasm without my hands it's amazing the feeling of arousal high enough to trigger an ejaculation.

Did you have a wet hands-free orgasm? I was curious... Did you get wet orgasm using aneros? (Do everything safely😉)
