Last night was my fifth session and just wanted to tell what happened and if its normal. As soon as inserting my mgx and lying on my side, I started experiencing wormlike sensations up there and having an on/off erection. After a while I started to feel the build up and it felt like my ball sack was going to explode. Following with an erection again, thought I was going to cum but didnt and also had no precum whatsoever but it sure fell like something was going to come out. 20 minutes later, I was falling asleep so I just took it out and called it a night. Should I invest in a progasm or helix? any suggestions?

No way Man, stick with the MGX! Don't mess with it. Obviously you are starting to experience your re-wiring phase of the journey. It is just going to get more interesting from here. You are only 5 sessions in, can you imagine what's in store for you?
When I look back on my journey, what I really miss is all the new stuff that happened to me.
My suggestion, keep going and don't look back.

As far as I can see, you are on your way to success and on the correct
path! I wouldn't disturb this process, till your re-wiring is well under way!
Don't fix it if it ain't broken!
There will be plenty of time to increase your stable later on . . .

I also agree with both hlaser99 and Buster. The MGX is a great starter Aneros toy.
Give it time and work with it.
But really, the real reason I chimed in was because of hlaser99's comment:

The imagery of this idea made me laugh as I wondered what a Aneros stable would look like.
Would it be a special building that they live in with their own stalls for each toy?

I can't really take credit for the idea, as i got it from a post years back
and liked it so much, I started using it!
I guess I like the idea of having a stable of "rides" and enjoy choosing
the ride I will take out on the trails next??? Do we ride them . . . or
they us??? Hmmmmm! LOL!
I must confess, though, that my stable is actually a shaving kit!
But, I like your idea of having separate stalls for each Aneros steed! LOL!

I'm new to this too myself, but I'd say that's a good sign. From what I've gathered, there are times when I've been using my MGX and I'll feel this incredibly pleasurable pressure build up (in a similar region, I'm still working on pinpointing it if that makes sense) and I'll get a massive erection. At times (though not everyrtime) it seems I literally leak with precum :oops:. Doesn't bug me at all though, figure that means I'm on the right track...sounds like you are as well.
