Hello,

I know theres the "getting started" section of the aneros wiki but everything described there is to complicating and really irritates me when i have my aneros session. When i have my sessions i ask myself:

"How did they exlained that again? How should i breath again? When should i contract my muscles and how hard?"

Its too much for me in the beginning. Is there a guide where everything is described more easily?

I don't think you are supposed to memorise the wiki in its entirety. Read it once, then every so often after your sessions, come back to it again and see if something you experienced is mentioned in the wiki, or your perceptions have changed..

Breathing: breathe from your belly, nice and relaxed.
Contractions: two main contractions, 1) one that stops you peeing, 2) one that stops you passing gas.
Contraction Pattern: both at the same time or alternate them, or mainly focus on the one that stops pee. Just play with it and see what sensations each one gives.
Contraction Strength: Start off with light contractions. Doesnt have to be very hard.

About the strength, when I first started, I was doing light ones, then later did light, light, medium, medium, rest and relax and listen and respond to what my body was doing.
After a while, you will probably feel like your body wants to do another light contraction as you are resting. I think that's good. Let it do that. Or sometimes after my medium contraction (but before rest), my body felt like doing a strong one. I just let it do that.

I think that you are taking a far too prescriptive approach to an experience in which the reactions of your own body should be the deciding factor. Achieving prostate orgasms is not a matter of "pressing the right buttons" and "ticking the right boxes", rather it is a process in which you follow the sensations produced by your own body and do whatever gives you most pleasure. Complete relaxation is indeed a key factor in a successful Aneros session, but the type and intensity of any Kegel contractions are really up to you. Do whatever feels best. Also, never underestimate the power of the mind; by simply focussing on any pleasurable sensations you can will them to grow and intensify and spread through your body. I don't know how far you have been "rewired", but I have found that after my prostate woke up my control over my pelvic sensations has completely changed. My nipples have now become so sensitised that by just brushing them with the tips of my fingers I start to shake involuntarily and can launch a series of orgasms if I wish. Also by mentally concentrating on pleasurable prostate feelings I can also bring orgasmic sensations into play. So, rather than worrying about doing the "right thing" just go with the flow and follow the feelings which the Aneros and your own body are providing. Kegel contractions and nipple play should get things started, but after that one good thing should follow another without too much effort on your part. And if you are looking for the superO, don't try too hard. My experience has been that it can sometimes come upon you when you least expect it.
