(1) Does anybody here know where the blogs section is located, or if it will be restored?

(2) Can we send internal e-mails on our redesigned site?

I assume that the blogs will be restored as all the more important bugs get worked out. But I don't know for sure. Private messages between users is still here. Click on the word "Inbox" at the top of the page to access private messages.
