Generous fiber breakfast (Raisin Bran Flakes etc.), everyday will handle the 'housekeeping.'

I've found that I'm clear of Shea Butter within 24 hours while, when I have used silicone, the 'slickness' is still around for two and sometimes three days.

Side benefit of Shea seems to be less recurrence of a sometime annoying hemorrhoid. 🙂 YMMV!

@rook,I hadn't thought of shea butter as a treatment for the dreaded 'rrhoids, maybe your'e right.

I thought it was my regular use of the smallest Peridise but since I use them both in combination the effect of one is perhaps concealing the effect of the other.

Whatever, the 'rrhoids are under control now!
