I am also studying Chia's The Multi-Orgasmic Man. One main point to take away is the route to a full body orgasm. What is the point of this? I think you can combine the Active Body Super O with the Still Body Super O. With all of my success to this point, I have been unable to start a session and achieve real orgasm simply by initiating the contractions. It seems that the only way for me to really jump start this is to go to sleep and let the involuntaries wake me up. Clearly this is a result of the "Do Nothing" approach.
