Was in the jacuzzi in Vegas many years ago, and non-other than Rodney Dangerfield came in, with balls that hung down past his knees...no joke!

My best suggestion is go to the doctor and ask about this. For the record though...unless your balls are tucked inside your body still...they are suckable. Is this really important to you? I mean balls are balls they will never be pretty regardless of length or anything else. A scrotum is a shriveled hairy sack...that is all. Just because they are even will not make a woman want to suck them more. She's either into sucking them or not...thats the way it goes.

I like the feeling of the swing... I want em both to do that.

What are some bad things, drawbacks, down sides to have low hangers?

If you're talking about the pediatric surgical procedure they use to pull and undescended testicle down and suture it to the scrotal tissues to help hold it there, I don't know of any way you can get it to come down further. I'm not sure what interest would be had in having a low hanging scrotum and testicles as it would seem to be uncomfortably in the way of clothing, etc., but I suppose to each his own. I can't think of any direct trauma that should result in gently stretching the scrotum but I imagine once you've stretched it that way, if it's indeed possible to get it that way more or less permanently, it likely won't tighten back up to snug fitting size like when we were all young.

So can u give a measurement estimate, say mid thigh? The bottom of my scrotum without manipulation is at about 12-14cm from the perineum.

One hanging lower than the other is normal for me. In the winter or after a swim in cool water both are pretty well snugged up -- so much so that it's more difficult for me to don a steel cockring.

When my body temp is elevated or I'm wearing warm clothes n the summer, both hang as low as four or five inches and the skin on the sack is thinner and more relaxed. That leads me to prefer a larger cockring in the winter than in the summertime. This is a function of the Dartos muscle:
