I know it's been a while since I've posted here. But I'm buying an Aneros as a present for my boyfriend and I forget which is the best one for beginners. He's quite tall, over six feet. Is it the Helix?
That's a popular first-time choice. Another one is the MGX. Try the Helix first, it's more agressive, and if it doesn't work as well, then try the MGX.
Hi Zaneblue,
You might want to possibly save a buck if a 'trade-in' becomes a choice. First buy the MGX with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The Helix comes with a $48 guarantee. See: -- http://www.aneros.com/special-offers/ -- and click on the "100%" box.
Best to you and your b/f ... rook
Hi zaneblue,
Yes, It's been a while since you spoke with us last, welcome back.
In regard to choosing a first Aneros model, I recommend that you first re-read the following : Selection Guide from the Aneros Learning Center pages, "Choosing a Model" from the WIKI For additional information and reviews, you may wish to read the Sticky: Aneros Products Reviewed. Typically, I recommend either the Helix or the MGX models for beginners. Incidentally, if you purchase either the SGX or MGX model through this website you are eligible for the 90-day, 100% money-back guarantee. Bigger is not necessarily better, the saying "Good things come in small packages." is particularly applicable to the Peridise and Tempo models, they are not prostate massagers but if your male friend is a bit intimidated about sticking something in his arse then something smaller may be a good introductory model.
P.S. 'rook' discovered a new Aneros product for women called 'EVI', so keep your eyes peeled for that, I think you would be interested in trying that one out when it becomes available.
