• Energy experiment

    I've started reading "The Multi-orgasmic Man" by Mantak Chia. Last night I decided to experiment with generating sexual energy and seeing if I could circulate it. Generating it was really easy. Drawing it up to my head was also not very difficult. It was much more difficult to send it back down (the book says this is common for men). After about a 1/2 hour, I was able to get a sense of the circulation although the feelings in the front channel were transient. Obviously, I need more practice. During this 1/2 hour, the sensations were phenomenal and I had several very intense dry-o's.
    After this, I decided to try to cool down and store the energy. I tried some of the techniques described in the book although I have to admit that I probably haven't yet understood them entirely. Anyways, after about 5-10 minutes, I felt fairly relaxed and thought I had succeeded. I then laid down to go to sleep. I spent the next 2 hours trying to manage the buildup of sexual energy. Everytime I relaxed, it would build. I focused on drawing it out of my prostate. At times, this seemed to help but the energy just kept coming and coming. I avoided all sexual thoughts but it didn't help. Finally, I decided my best option to get some sleep would be to masturbate. I spent about 10-15 minutes stroking myself. I also took the opportunity to try to circulate the energy while doing this. I was able to stave off ejaculation through a combination of energy management and stroking intensity. I have to say that I have never felt such intense sensations during traditional masturbation. My entire body was involved and was completely on fire. When I finally let myself ejaculate, it was a super-t like never before. It lasted for longer than normal and traveled all over my body.
    Unfortunately, I still didn't get much sleep after that. Clearly I need to get better at managing this energy. 🙂

      You can extend the usual top half micro-cosmic orbit with the following exercise.
      Full Body Energy Circuit
      Visualise a figure of eight or the infinity sign – 8.
      Imagine that it encompasses you, the top of your head at the top of the figure 8, your perineum at the central cross over of the figure and your feet at the bottom. This is the full micro-cosmic orbit.
      Close your eyes and move them underneath the lids so that they are directed to the perineum, relax – begin to breathe in from your belly, and just before you do, move your eyes so they are looking straightforward under your lids whilst also placing your attention at the centre of your spine, when you have completed half a breath and just before you continue to complete the full in take, move your eyes under the lids so they point up as far as they can and at the same time move your attention to the top of your head.
      So your attention is at the top of your head, your eyes are pointing in that direction as far as they can and your belly is full will a complete breath, just before you begin to exhale, again move your eyes so they are facing straightforward, but this time place your attention at the centre of the front of your torso, when you have exhaled halfway and just before beginning to complete the final half, move your eyes to your perineum and your attention there also.
      Now your eyes are pointing under your lids to your perineum, your attention is there and you have exhaled completely, just before you begin to inhale, take your eyes to looking forwards, but your attention this time to the back of your knees, when you have half inhaled, move your eyes so they turn to the top of your head, but this time place your attention at your feet and complete the inhale.
      Now you have completely inhaled, your eyes point towards the top of your head, your attention is at your feet, just before you begin to exhale, bring your eyes to a looking straightforward position, your attention to the front of your knees, when half exhaled, point your eyes towards the perineum and move your attention there also and complete the exhale.
      That's the basic circuit with eye movement and breathing co-ordinated, gradually visualise more strongly with each circuit the energy from your perineum moving in a free easy figure of eight loop around your body.
      Only do two complete circuits to begin with.
