I compared the new one to my Vice and noticed that the head is about the same in diameter but the shaft is slimmer. Also the tip is about 1/8″ to 1/4″ deeper than the Vice and is pointed a little more towards the prostate.

Today I learned that if you slide the ring around your whole package, it will move the massager when you stroke or push downwardd on you balls. Keeps it in perfect rhythm.
