Just got my MGX in a few short moments ago, I took it out of the box to match it up with the SGX and the helix. Surprising to me it is a lot larger then the SGX, which is what I wanted, and from how the helix stops on it's on just before it reaches the t-handle, I feel this model is just what I needed. It should reach my prostate a lot more effectively than the other two. I plan on have a session using it after my shower later on this evening. I think I will stick with this one for awhile.
