Today, I’m getting ready for a sigmoidoscopy and hemorrhoid ligation procedure scheduled for tomorrow morning. I’ve been holding back on Aneros sessions since last Saturday night so there would be no trace of my olive oil lube. I’ve been indulging, however in Aless sessions at least twice daily which is my usual practice.
I’ve been through this process less than 3 years ago and it’s not painful nor does it have lasting effects. I do plan to hold back full sessions for at least a week following the procedure.
