I'm pretty experienced in the anal thing and with some tantric and yoga behind me have good kegel contractions. The Helix Classic isn't doing much and I know I can handle a lot more. What are people's thoughts on the Maximus v. Progasm. Would love some feedback.

I have both a Helix and a Progasm )and just purchased a Eupho(. The Helix is great – so give it time. The Progassm is very large and hard to keep in at times. It doesn't move as much as the Helix, but provides more pressure on the prostate. I do find that the Progasm brings on sensations much faster than the Helix, but the Helix has its own magic.

I am fond of both the Maximus and the Progasm. Both models take some time to get used to. Actually they grow on you as the other Aneros models. Since you are into anal play and have done Tantra and yoga, you have alot going for you. Good Kegel contractions are a huge plus for the Aneros. You will find as you work with both Maximus and Progasm, these larger models will hand-in-hand with Kegels. Not only will Maximus and Progasm tone and strengthen your anal musculature and deliver a good prostate massage, your sphincter will be strengthened as well. That has been my experience. Do you have Progasm Classic, or Progasm ICE, or the new Progasm Ivory? I have Progasm Classic will give robust traction.
Also I have Eupho Classic )which opens my sessions( and Helix Classic which I also have grown to love. Do not give up on Helix Classic.
