Kundalini awakening continuing?

Just a quick one…
Starting in the last few days, I am getting the chest/throat sensations at random times during the day. They seem to come out of nowhere and are not associated with any sexual thoughts or mental focus. They're not very strong but are absolutely the same sensation as I've described before from my anerosless sessions. And, sometimes they happen even if I didn't have any aneros or anerosless session the prior day. Maybe these would still be considered after effects since it's rare I go more than a day without having some sort of session. Also, I often have little mini sessions throughout the day (30 seconds or a minute of pleasure) so perhaps this is what's keeping my nervous system charged.
