definately! i had some great experiences with my mgx. in retrospect i now realise that i experienced little super-o 'teasers' frequently with my mgx. however, for me it takes a LOT of effort, in the form of ultra-dedicated sessions complete with scented oil burners and chill lounge music to realise benefits from the mgx. for me its much, much easier to get the energies flowing with the helix than with the mgx. i still use my mgx occasionally but my helix is definately my weapon of choice.

2. Did you abstain any sexual activity that will lead to ejaculation? For how long?

Even though you didn't have an erection, because you stimulated yourself I'm not sure if that would count as a super-orgasm. If you look on the WIKI for the definition of a super-orgasm you will see that NO ejaculation is involved but it feels like you're doing it. It's different and very hard to explain.

Sorry Buff, that's nothing close to a super-O. The aneros was meant to be a hands free device. The feelings you are feeling from manually manipulating are on terms of "Prostate Milking." Sure, manually moving this device will cause a great sensation, but I would caution you on this as this is not the intended use for the aneros.

I am lucky in so far that I can feel the live energies and practice daily a combination of yoga, chi gong and tai chi to keep my energy circuits open and I know how to increase my energies by combination of deep breathing, pc muscle/anus flexes and body movement.
