Comments: DJ, like Mike I am able to have many ejaculation-free orgasms using the aneros, so I quess I should be thankful and leave it at that. However, after reading the testimonials I was expecting to experience an ejaculation followed by a prolonged anal orgasm like many men have reported, and am curious as to how this would feel. For whatever reason my penis is usually limp during the orgasms except for a pumping and swelling sensation during the peak of the orgasm that almost fully erects it, but then subsides quickly. The focus of erogenous stimulation is elsewhere, namely the perineum, prostate and anus. I apologize if I am getting too graphic or boring. It's just curious how some men can ejaculate from the aneros alone and others can't.
Another thing I've noticed is that the first orgasm seems to open the gateways as it were for more full body type pleasurable feelings. The first orgasm seems to loosen up muscle tensions in the pelvic area, whereas the second and so on seem to travel up the spine and tense and release more of the body. This must sound very strange-it's hard to describe. The key I think is to use tension to get to the orgasm stage, but then relax and just let it happen after it begins. This way the climax can reach a higher peak without any intentional meddling getting in it's way. I'm curious what others have experienced. Any one want to post?

Comments: I have found that it depends on several factors...
1) Your mind set when you start, if you're tired or your mind is wandering it doesn't help, but if you focus your mind on orgasms then it works well.

2) Lubrication, KY works better than Vaseline. Only with KY have I had spontaneous ejaculation, Vaseline just doesn't seem to be slick enough to move the Aneros enough.

3) how long since you last ejaculated. I went a week once before using the Aneros and the enjoyment was immense, the orgasms lasted for 2 hours until I exploded with cum... that was the best time I ever had.

Comments: In response to the question about contractions, I've found that just trying to hold the anal muscles at a less than full contraction will start a spasm effect that seems to begin a chain reaction of contractions in response to the movement of the aneros. I sometimes then add a little additional force to the contractions as orgasm approaches but then lay off as the climax begins.
I am wondering if anyone has had good experiences trying different postures? The best for me is lying on my right side with my knees raised up at a ninety degree angle. I've had less sucess lying on my back. Somewhere in the testimonials there is mention of ejaculation being induced by sitting on the knees and thrusting the groin forward. I tried this once but abandoned it quickly as it seemed slow and ineffective compared to lying on my side. Perhaps I misunderstood the correct posture. 1) We have no reason to believe that taking medication should interefere with the operation of the Aneros, unless the medication causes numbness to the prostate or genital region. If this is the case, I would be suspicious of the medication.
2) Reapply lubricant as necessary to avoid discomfort.
3) Contractions can be done slowly or more rapidly. Holding one contraction exercises the sphincter, but will also hold the Aneros stationary. This may be pleasurable at times, and useful if you want to slow your approach to climax, but multiple contractions are necessary for the massager to function properly.

Comments: In response to those who do not get erections using the Aneros, this is most likely due to the fact that the anal muscles are calling for lots of your blood supply. This leaves the penis with little to work with. I suspect this lack of blood is more pronounced in the older guys.

Comments: This is a mind-blowing product!
