No special technique, just some small contractions now and then to keep the involentarys going. Lying on my back, legs bended. This time i just went to bed. Feeling relaxt. No expectations. No porn. Just lying there, listening to my body. I guess it took about an our, then booom!! I realy can't put words on it. Not yet anyway. Maybe later when I'm recoverd. Ha! Ha!

No special technique real

I was also one of the lucky ones. I had my first orgasm after a week, and spent 6-8 hours a day with an Aneros up my bum. It's very addicting at first, so be careful.

I would like to also recommend that you pick up a Progasm. Warming myself up for an hour with the Helix before inserting the Progasm is amazing beyond words.

Wow! Congratulations! You are very lucky to get results so early on in your journey. My understanding of turning off the orgasmic ability from my readings here is that you mentally make a choice to do so. But you do have to remove the device.
