I've had the aneros classic for years. It's always felt nice when masturbating or having sex, but I was never able to get to the Super O. After gradually working on anal play, I finally realized the classic just wasn't big enough for me so several months ago I moved to the Progasm.
The Progasm gave me much more instense sensations, and felt great, but until last night I was never able to reach the grail of the super O.
I started around 9:30 just popping it in while watching tv. I just went with semi-frequent contractions and after about 30 mins I experienced the familiar shivers of pleasure I had experienced before. About 15 minutes later I turned the tv down and focused intensely on those sensations. I shut my eyes and worked on regulating my breathing. For the next 7 minutes or so I rode these waves of orgasm. I finished off with a massive regular orgasm. It was incredible. I finally got there after years of trying and i cannot wait to get back there.
So for me the keys to the super o are these: (1) a relaxed state of mind, (2) laying on my side while lightly thrusting, (3) limiting distractions (no watching porn during the build up to super O), (4) hyper focusing on the sensations all over my body, and focusing on my breathing.
If anyone is experiencing frustration searching for this experience, my advice is keep at it. It took me years but it really does exist!!

Just need to say, the Progasm is the best piece of plastic ever manufactured. Completely unlocked the P orgasm.

@Bhopkins, congratulations on your first Super-O! I am glad you achieved with the Progasm! Did you use Progasm Classic or Progasm ICE? I use both in my sessions and they are awesome!
Focus on your keys to the Super-O. Other keys may come to you. You will discover that your Super-O's will become transformative!

Congratulations on your Super-O, I myself am only now 3 years (was 62 years) engaged in discovering what is possible with your prostate, I still don't know exactly what a Super-O is, have many fine sessions which I find also all nice , go through with my progasm ice because that's great.
