Well, for starters, these orgasms are way longer than traditional male orgasms, rather like female ones, no? Any thoughts?
Honestly can't be compared. Two separate things and no one's feelings are the same, though they may be similar.
I'm going to say what my wife says about it, and she's about as orgasmic as you can get. She has Os that last like 3 seconds, and some that can go on for between 1-2 minutes, she can't tell and by the time she's able to say she's cumming she's been in it for a long time already, and sometimes keeps going. And she has Os everywhere in between in intensity and length.
When I tell her a lot about the Os I have from prostate stimulation, she says a lot of what I describe sounds like what she feels. My dry Os are sometimes a few seconds, sometimes it's just 2 or 3 pumps from the Aneros, and are light and airy feeling. Other times they last beyond a minute and feel like a piledriver. And, everything in between. But my traditional ejaculation/orgasm lasts between 30 seconds and a minute every time I cum normally and they don't vary too much in intensity, so I'm thinking prostate orgasms have at least as much variation as female orgasm. But, is it G-spot orgasm or clitoral? My wife says I describe G-spot more than anything she feels from clit stimulation and orgasm. I used to want to say they can't be compared, but the last year or so I've been thinking there are some similarities that more closely relate male prostate-centered orgasms with female g-spot centered orgasms.
@techpump Yes, your posts confirms what I feel too, the Os we experience seem so magical and mysterious I like to pin them to something tangible, and female orgasms seems to hit the spot. Great answer, thank you.
@Bill Bately @techpump I know this is an old post but I stumbled on it. I think you are right. But search for A-spot=anterior fornix and Deep-spot= Posterior fornix. They are even stronger.
Thanks for the suggestion! I know those spots well. Well, those of my wife's. But I have not looked into them for relation to prostate orgasms and prostate stimulation. Research time!
While the anatomy of male vs. female differs, most of the brain and nervous system is either the same or close enough to not matter.
Males can also enjoy nipple play in a similar way to pspot, although in my opinion the fun happens when you combine complementary errogenous zone stimulation. Much beyond mere play, a man can cum from only nipple play. Typically not without experimenting a lot or doing biofeedback, but it is possiblpossibl

Totally agree with you on nipple play! Almost always start out with it and continue during my Aneros and Aless sessions. The connection to the perenium prostate and anal area can generate tons of pure pleasure along with many Os!
