I have been use Aneros for 7 years ,I have tried 3 different models the 1st MGX it was hard had a tab at the Perineum up front ,could only stand or lay down , so after about a couple years of playing with it I had a anal muscle orgasm, which turned me on ,but the muscle spasm squirted the MGX out  that would not do . So I looked ,there it was the Helix syn Trident after reading some of these forums and testimonials I learn what was need to get a big O . I have achieved multiple big O's with the Trident. after about 6 or 7  big Os I started thing bigger better, I saw the Red Ice I ordered one , oh no will not fit right the up turned Perineum are in the way ,so put it in warm water for a couple minutes then bent the tabs down, now it goes all the way in (OMG),I can even sit with it in, talk about a little grinding! So the last 2 have made me a fan, now I can graduate from the HST then the Red Ice, will open the big O door.Yes I am a fan . You all read up, you will be amazed the earthshaking O you can have using the methods posted here.

My tailbone curves in a little more than most, so I always had trouble with the K-tabs, but yeah those P-tabs are a little rough, too. But warm water? I didn't think that was enough to soften the hard acrylic the Red Ice is made from

@kaygo start with warm then bring it up hot, go slow, but when its down some extend it out you can lean on the back tab and it pokes the P spot, can milk you if you like.

I agree with a little modification.  The P tab on all my 5 Aneros, except the DeVice, has always prevented me from sitting comfortably.  It actually hurts.
