it is one of the reason to keep my bed sheet clean while i am having my session. underwear is a small load compared to bed sheet or a towel.

To me it was unclear how much underwear restricts movement of the device. It doesn't seem tight enough to, though. I used them primarily to stop it from falling out. I've learnt to not shoot it out, but with underwear I seem to become more aware of it touching my penis.

Always nude! Something about plugging in that requires me to be fully open and in my birthday suite as I ride!

i have tried for a few moment, with underwear on/off.. I am too at first aware that underwear is kinda pressing on my penis but I felt more with it off as the wind of my blowing fan is kind of stimulating my sensitive penis(uncut). Besides, any spasm/movement during p-wave or orgasm that flops the penis around will make me more aware of it. maybe i am the kind of guy that likes to have my junk being supported and contained instead of flopping.
So far, the only piece of clothing that is restrictive is speedo imo.

I did try this a couple of times wearing boxers to help keep the focus on my prostate and not my penis and it really helped.

@veon, the only time that I wear underwear during an Aneros for a session is when I use Tempo. Tempo is designed that one can even sit upon it during use when it works away unhindered. I use an old pair of briefs or boxer briefs such a session!

BUT since it is designed as a unisex toy, does it compromise on anything, such as lesser prostate contact?

I 'grew up' in the early era of Aneros play when my Helix mentor stressed the importance of being on my side or my back with just a towel. I've found pleasure from a belly or all-fours pose with a 'cup' jockstrap to 'protect' my penis from those annoying bed-linens.

Most of the time I am nude. But I have tried wearing pantyhose with the crotch cut out. That way I can get to my ass but keep my dick restricted. Then I rub my thighs and stomach and legs through the pantyhose which, excites me.

I'm still a newbie but I sometimes put in my aneros while running errands and I have to wear underwear to absorb the precum. If I'm out more than an hour or so I also wear a condom or my pants would be soaked. But for a normal session, completely naked.

i do not understand why ppl use it as lube.. I have used spit once or twice as lube.. UTI is what i got.. lol..I have confident about my personal hygiene
