Recently I've been reading a lot about intro- and extroversion (If you don't know what this means a quick google search will help more than me trying to explain it)
Apparently both personality types approach a lot of things in life very differently and since super-o's are such an elusive thing with people having instant success on the first try while others are struggling to feel anything I've made this poll to see if theres any connection at all.
I don't really expect any obvious results but hey this subforum hasn't really been that active lately 🙂
@jeykr, rather than just limiting the influence to introversion versus extroversion it might be better to look at your MBTI personality type (see Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator). You can find out your basic personality type by taking the free, short (~15 min.) test at The TypeFinder Personality Test. I'm an INTP personality type myself.
Good Vibes to You !
@rumel Oh yes good suggestion, funny enough I took the test earlier today before posting this poll and I got INTP(-T) aswell. coincidence?
Well I just took that test and it states I'm more in than ex (60-40) so I actually voted I don't know. I have had mostly good success in a few months but seem to have more ok's than wow's. That's fine because there is a reason for not being given a wow but given an ok even if we don't know what that reason is. I'm finding that as time goes on if my mind is in the wrong place (mind noise of certain types) no matter what I do I will only be given an ok at best, but when I can align my mind to pay attention to myself and my pleasure only and to hell with everything else I get many wows.
INTJ here. More or less immediate awakening that has been continuing to crest ever since.
I have a very focused mind and I'm very "in tune" with my body. I'm also an athlete (former competitive sprinter).
What makes sprinters unique, btw, is their (mostly genetic) ability to totally relax in the instant before and after the explosive contraction. I've often wondered if there's some connection to success with the aneros.
I am an INFP. It is interesting to see there are a lot of introvert intuitives here. For the Myers Briggs, introvert is the only aspect that are definite. The other categories are too close to call and they often change when I retake the test.
INFP as well. Interesting poll, I was one of the lucky ones who had quick success with an Aneros. I’m accustomed to finding relief in solitude, so the times I get to do so AND use my Progasm are amazing.
I'm introverted and pretty new at this but I'm pleased with my progress.
INTP and almost immediate, hit the o just before I finished the session 1hr 15mins
I am thinking it might have been beneficial to explain exactly what success means.
INXJ here which is exactly halfway between INTJ and INFJ. I've made some progress with the Aneros over the last 11 months but not complete success...yet. I'm hopeful.
