Slightly different spin on this topic:

If I clench my kegel muscle so that the Aeneros is putting constant pressure on my prostate, my legs and arms will begin to shake after about 10-15 seconds, but only for about 20 seconds max. The Aneros will start tapping against my prostate with the shaking, but no real feelings of pleasure. this sounds so close to what I experience.  Definitely a step in the right direction.  Do you continue or just stop there?  The tapping is key!  And rubbing nipples is always a big part of building that sensation up until it just overtakes me.  You’ll definitely know when it happens it will just feel like you’ve been taken control of by a sex beast and the momentum will just keep growing bigger until you’re spasming with pleasure

I usually have pretty short 30 minute sessions, and in that time, I’ll go through this about 5-6 times, resting in between with steady massaging. Definitely find that just focusing on the physical sensations is best, as opposed to putting in targeted effort.
