First post I believe. I've started having super O's the past month or so. I don't use the aneros any more. Once I learned where everything was and how the whole becoming multi-orgasmic thing worked I quit using it a year or two ago. I used the aneros as an awakening tool so I could learn to do everything without it. Any who, nothing crazy happens to me while having super O's. I don't shake or feel compelled to moan. The only thing is my eyes start to flutter. When I first began to use the aneros I did do all the crazy shaking. At some point I just decided to zen out and then that's when I started getting results. I breathe slowly and steady and let it crash onto me. It probably looks more like someone on heroin than anything. But yeah it's total zen. For some reason I just don't loose control yet I can still let go and it's the only way I can achieve super O's. I was wondering if there are any other men the same way?

You describe very well the way to success with Aneros. (Unlike you, I don't yet have great success in Anerosless sessions.) It is a deep relaxation yet having control available but not necessarily using it.

Similarly, I've gone through the shaking phase (briefly) and rarely get it nowadays. Anyone seeing me in a session would see a little fidgeting, perhaps a slight tremor in the thigh muscles, maybe a few facial tics and eye fluttering, but that's it.

The release of a Super-O puts me into a state of even deeper calm, too.

Typed as a Myers-Briggs ESTJ, I find it difficult to not dissect and evaluate what's happening in my body and brain. After six months of 'trying to climb the hill' I introduced Zazen meditation and Buddhist mindfulness into my Eupho sessions. My first Super-O (with a Helix) followed in about three months.

More recently, a touch of Shinto, applied to my view of the natural world has also helped.

I'm still dependent upon the Aneros toys to boost my perceptions and 'center' my focus. Hats off to all the Myers-Briggs INFP types that, from the start, know they can float on the calm seas.

Welcome to the Forum etnate!!

Your path is very much like mine and many others here. We differentiate between Active Body Super-Os and Still Body Super-Os. What other practices do you follow? Mine is a mixed Aneros/KSMO/Tao practice and has been since the beginning. The awakened energies run the full spectrum from semen conservation and cooking to spiritual orgasms that are way beyond words, and over the past year plus into healing self and others. Now guided by the Spring Forest Qigong school of healing qigong/taoist energies.

I still use my aneros models for active BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) therapy sessions, one of the original medical applications for which they were designed.

Great post and great practice etnate!! Thanks and please tell us more.

Thanks rook!!

Rumel and tested ourselves a couple of years ago on Myers-Briggs while developing at the KSMO site and recorded our results there. That legacy site is not fully accessible, but I will try to recapture the results we had then. It is indeed an interesting reference perspective on/for anyone exploring aneros and related orgasmic development practices.

I'm a spiritual person... Along the lines of R+C, magik but I'm also a practical person. INTP type. I don't really associate anything magical with matters of sex. I look at MMO as a mind hack. It doesn't make it any less special. I've designed a Binaural beat so that I don't really have to put much effort into getting my brain there. I'm a sound engineer/musician. I listen to it and watch porn and focus on my body not the sex organs. The binaural beat speeds things up. Some times my body tells me it wants it if I just happen to come across an image or thought that's slightly erotic and I get that spark. I always do it in a sitting upright position with legs crossed.

etnate, my practice here, soon joined into my mixed Aneros/KSMO/Tao practice, connected soon and merged with my spiritual interests and practices. Previous serious injuries and chronic pain, and pain control methods (non-medical), soon directed my responses into the Still Body fields of Super-Os. MMO for me has been a body/mind hack where my ego/executive found a quiet humble role as silent still observer, with zero judgment and silent conveyor to later post-session scientific analysis, speculation and gratitude...

Very quickly I found that my intuitive body/mind was focusing on whole body and whole being, and that it was orgasmic energies not erotics that really count; and yes, it was fully merged with sacred sex and the new expanded mechanics explorations when she and I were physically enjoying these expanding potentials and possibilities. It has been said that Zen is Buddhism merged with the Tao. I have found that just happens in my eclectic spiritual winnowing... and more...

In sharing and helping others here with unusual sensations as newbies and at various stages along their journeys, the Taoist energies spectrum has proven to be a consistent helpful model and metaphor. Jing(life essence, semen, erotomatics)>>>Chi/Qi(life-force in all things)>>>Shen(spiritual orgasms, out-of-body and through-the-body travel universally/multi-versally, universal union, seeing/feeling/contacting the presence, being in the presence of God, grace, profound peace, serene contentment, utter lightness... healing energies sharable with/for others... ).

Several guys first feelings from their aneros sessions have brought them into this not sequentially from Jing upward, butt dropped right into the middle of non-specific, seemingly non-erotic, energies life reactions, or "meeting God in his chambers" and feeling overwhelming terror and inappropriateness, unworthiness. Once this map is understood, their reactions either settle into their particular range, or they relax more and can allow anything along this range to occur, mix and mingle.

There is a view that says there is a subtle frisson of the erotic to all forms of love, including aesthetic appreciation (the positive side of Stendhal Syndrome). I experience and agree with that. I think we are in the potential personal processes of becoming here the best eroticists we can be, as well as experiencing the revelation of the astounding depths possible in true heart, full loving lives and spirits.

Having been a full lotus guy in my younger years, I like the position of on my back, legs out to my sides with their soles together and the energies flowing throughout, with incoming and outgoing lifting everything!!! If the site dick.net is not offensive to you, I have posted some pics of this position, with varying degrees of eroticism active, on my pages there, where I am artformed.

Thank you for your exposition above of your spiritual and technological eroticist experiences.

all the very best whole body whole being whole male full spectrum energetic ecstatic eroticist's revelatory adventuring peace all

Guys...I'd like to do some meditation at home. I've seen some good audio recordings online to perform meditation for the body and mind. However does anyone have recommendations of where else I should look? Eventually when I have more funds coming in from my own business, I intends to do some research and find someone in my area that I can study under.

Kelly Howell (brainsync dot com) has several meditation CDs that incorporate binaural beats to support her brainsync theory. Find out how this might work for you by downloading her free samples from her website. Read over her notes on the Alfa, Beta, Gamma, Theta... etc. types of beats she uses and see if you can pick what might be best for you before you spend your money.

The web is rather loaded with meditation material for 'prosperity and success.' --- a brief induction, guided meditation, quick mantra and, "...now go out there close a great deal and buy yourself a new tie..." That sort of material is probably not what you're looking for.

If you are into Tao, the writings and coursework of Mantak Chia deserve a look. (most of his books are on Amazon and a few are in Kindle format. A handful of Forum members are students of his personal workshops and all say grand things about how they profited from the experience. His books tend to overlap each other and have cross-references to others. That helps sell a lot of books. The "Inner Smile" is a good starting point. You might consider following that by the volumes on Sexual Energy for Couples and Sexual Energy for Men.

For free, do an Aneros Forum search for and investigate the threads where and have dialogued on the "Tao of Aneros"

Rook...thanks for the advise. I just did the first free 7 minute meditation, with Theta waves, it's amazing what you can do in 7 minutes. Maybe it's my new awakening, but I felt the Theta waves in my lower abdomen. I'll get the others in samples in email over the next few days and see which one works best.

Also doing some research on Mantak Chia, and am going to order a few books from Amazon. Wonder what the odds of half price book store having any of these is.

Appreciate the advise...

Etnate...I'm like you. Initially, I started with the progasm to explore this whole thing I had heard about called "super orgasms." After experiencing multiple super o's with it, I became an addict! Later, about 6-8 months after purchase, I began experiencing a greater awareness of my body as a whole, with a different type of mental functioning. I found that with deep breathing and subtle pelvic contractions I could achieve super o's without using my progasm. I'm also able to combine mental imagery and music (new age) to create a relaxing conscious and that too will allow me to "drift" into a blissful state, permitting me to experience super o's if I want. Recently, I began to use my progasm again, using it as a "workout tool" to help keep my skills focused and the rewiring process functioning. I STRONGLY attribute my ability to experience all of this to the Aneros product and the incredible design that went into it.
