I know everyone get's to the super-o by different methods. Some people clench their muscles, others do nothing. Some people are face up, others face down.
It would be great if people who have had super-o's could respond with the top 3 conditions they've found most important to them for getting there.
It could be things like:
correct toy (syn vs. progasm)
proper lubrication of the rectum
proper p-tab placement
being turned on
relaxation
clenching muscles
body placement (lying on your back, vs lying on your side vs. whatever)
etc.
I haven't ever managed to achieve one yet (after about 2 years) but I'm still trying.

For me I have only one requirement other than privacy and time. And that is a little pot. This suggestion has brought on the wrath of some members, but for me a few tokes and I am guaranteed a great session.
I'm not sure that there is any essential condition for getting to a super-O except for ensuring that you do nothing that might block it and that less is usually more. In my experience the super-O comes when it wants to and trying to force it gets you nowhere. This is what I normally do - all very low-key:
Lie on my left side.
Insert my Helix Syn. I find the natural P-tab placement on this device is spot-on for me.
Stay in that position and do nothing.
If involuntaries have not started almost immediately, perform a few gentle Kegels.
Be alert to any small feelings of pleasure and mentally home in on them.
Once into the orgasmic zone - involuntaries/ good feelings - relax and keep the mind focussed on the sensations and will them to increase and intensify.
Then do nothing more but relax and let your Aneros take you wherever it wants.
The result for me is usually a whole series of orgasms of various intensity which climax in a several super Os. Yesterday I added a bit of nip stim towards the end of my session which produced an O of mind blowing intensity.
I suppose that the two key factors for me are relaxation and mental focus to the exclusion of all else.
I'm with @wulff all the way. You're not going to "force" a super-O; your body has to be ready and it will direct the "action" of the Aneros (even by doing nothing, strange as it may seem). I would say also to be sure your device and/or rectum are sufficiently lubed to allow free movement. Re-lubing in the middle of a session is a real bummer.

Clenching is to be avoided, but Kegels are OK if used to trigger involuntaries and initiate the orgasmic process. However, once this has started, in my experience further physical intervention is to be avoided other than nip stim - assuming that you are sufficiently rewired for this to be effective.

1. Peace, quiet, and privacy.

I would say that the mental aspects are the hardest to get right.
The reason why I'm doing 'nothing' during a session is partly just to keep the system simple. Too much ocding works against the mindset that I'm trying to achieve. I don't want to be thinking about lube, p-tab placement, or clenching during a session.
I need to be able to let go or ignore thoughts; not dwell or act on them. If it's not sexy or enjoyable than the thought serves me no purpose. It can only create doubt or pull me out of it.

Working out, yoga, whatever gets the blood flowing is important. The chemicals and hormones that are released help. Having more testosterone, for example, is absolutely a thing that you can feel. Maintaining the body (and diet) is another factor that I find important, and it influences the other two factors as well. Being loose and limber will obviously help with the relaxing part; a rigid body means a rigid mind.

Comfort would be my third factor. The area has to be clean and at least somewhat inviting. I like some room to maybe roll over, or stretch a leg. I also need to feel comfortable with myself and the world at that moment. If I feel like shit, that can get in the way. I'm not saying that I need to be happy or anything, but I should feel at least comfortable. Things like, candles, incense, music; basically girly stuff, can help with this.
1. Time at least 2 hours and privacy (phone off)
2. A few tokes or a marijuana cookie followed by a warm shower
3. Lay back in bed and get comfortable and relax....the magic will start on its own
1. A few puffs of weed, or a pot cookie. That helps relax me enough to really focus on feelings in my body.
2. Cleaned out by douching if needed, and lots of lube (eg. inject some water based lube, or coconut oil I'm starting to use too). That helps keep the toy moving well.
3. Arousal. I either need to be mentally turned on or have a clear enough head that the slight sensations I feel are noticed and will turn me on. If I'm thinking about work, then those sensations will come and go without building up to anything. So if I've got other things on my mind, I might watch porn or just slowly stroke my dick to help build up the arousal and stop thinking about anything other than pleasure in my body.
