But does the opposite hold true? If you focus your meals on one or two times during the day, will your BM's concentrate as well?
Lately it's like I'm running to the toilet every few hours. I'd be interested in keeping toilet visits to a bare minimum. Both for aneros playtime, as hygiene and time management reasons. 😀

Keep your diet healthy...that's the most important suggestion! I don't really recommend trying to control your BM's, unless there's an underlying health concern, in which case I recommend seeing a physician.

My sessions are enhanced by my BM's as I find myself in a session needing a BM, then feeling even more relaxed afterwards, my sessions can be better!

Regular meals should help bowel function become more predictable, but so many things can influence bowel movement frequency, that if you're otherwise healthy, just let your bowels move when they need to.

Regular exercise and fiber play large roles as well.

Thanks for all the advice.
I think fibre is indeed the way to go for me, to get more regular. Having to go 4-5 times a day isn't much fun, and I'd say even a bit waste of time.
