I’m not all that advanced myself but I learned a lesson about patience. I initially got frustrated and gave up. But after a several year hiatus, I decided to try again. Getting some very good advice here, I tried to be very patient. I enjoyed the sensations that I received and kept at it. Slowly the feelings intensified until now I’m having a walloping good time. But it took a year. So don’t give up. The payoff is unbelievable. It may take a while (even a long time) but it’s worth it. Happy riding.

@idolhood I agree with @simeonh. The only Trident I have is the Helix and it took a while for my prostate to get "used" to it. But when it did (after about 5-6 sessions), I must admit that it is my favorite Aneros now. Be patient, be rewarded!

@idolhood, it took me about three weeks of Aneros sessions for my prostate to awaken. That happened in June 2012 which I began experiencing P-waves. A couple weeks later, I began experiencing chairgasms. @goldenboy and @simeonh on the virtue of Aneros patience.

You may want to study the Aneros Wiki on this site as well as the Aneros Learning Center which give much helpful information on the Aneros.

@idolhood : Like BGlansDC, I have been using these devices since 2012. For me, it took nearly 2 months to feel anything more than the most minimal "effects". Patience is crucial here and lower expectations from each individual session. Sometimes the desire for results will make it harder (I have found that with younger men--no offense meant if you are young). Try to relax,, breathe deeply and focus on any and all sensations you have. And do practice the Kegel maneuvers (you can find them described in the Wiki and just about anywhere on the Web (try YouTube clips). I second and third the opinions of BG, simeonh and goldenboy. I haven't taken a poll but a large proportion of guys will eventually have results and once your body has made the "jump", I think that it is locked in for life. Wishing you success!

Approaching 3.75 years and maybe 500 sessions, and still no orgasms what so ever.

It is easy to just give up.
We do it not because it's easy but because it's hard.
Keep up with it, someday you will hopefully awaken the prostate.

Being new you may not have heard yet. The tools R a sounding board, or an amplifier to the nervous system and the senses that you bring to the table. With that said the energy that moves to the prostate has to get there by the direct attention that you give to the feeling of the prostate with your conscious mind. Go on Google and find PDF file on breathing energy orgasm. It can help teach you how to gather your focus and thus your pleasure in the area you seek. Something I took away from that was breathing inhaling until my abdomen raised and then as I breathe out letting the abdomen fall. Doing this while the tool is inserted and just relaxing while I do this abdominal breathing. Pretty soon I start to feel the pleasure from a contact on the tool.
