I keep reading posts by people asking what they are doing wrong. Well, here’s the good news. Chances are, you’re doing absolutely nothing wrong. People recovering from traffic injuries experience nerves learning new tasks up to two years after their accidents. This should give you an idea of the time scale of the rewiring normally required to experience orgasms through prostate stimulation.
For me it took 6-12 months of practice and experiments until I felt a first little tingle, and about equally as long until I experienced my first orgasms. Today, some years later, I can achieve multiple orgasms with any of about half a dozen different Aneros models, and also in some different ways without using Aneros.
So, if you are still waiting for that illusive first little tingle, don’t give up! Keep practicing and experimenting. Use the different resources available here. We’re all different, and your path to success may be different from all others.
Hmm. So the upper bound is 2 years?
That's me failing then.
I think half the issue is thinking you are doing something wrong (*), and half the time others saying you are doing something wrong. I think both are detremental.
*= I get some "tingle" sometimes but I am not convinced it's anything to do with Aneros use. It's not how anyone else describes it. So I remain unconvinced and continue to search for something that I dont know what it is. So, as you can see, your sentence 4thr-from-last is confusing.
I don't really see any upper bound, since there are countless ways to experiment. Any one way is worth trying at least two years, and if one way doesn't do it, try another. Try ten others.
I think you are right in feeling you are doing something wrong, and then hearing others saying the same being detrimental. We are all searching for something that's unknown to us, and since it's very much a mental journey into the land of bliss, letting go of concerns is part of it. We are used to making things happen, whereas in the case of experiencing orgasms through prostate stimulation, it's more about allowing it to happen.
Think outside the box. Use your own unique knowledge about your own body as a starting point. One of my major breakthroughs came when I ignored the manual completely and tried something that I believed might work for me.
@Pavlov and @lonewolf8, patience, tenacity, and regularity are keys to success with the Aneros. Also letting go of expectations and knowing that each session is unique and has something to teach are important. I also aimed early on to have fun and pleasure with Aneros. Every guy's experience with Aneros is unique and his own!
my first aneros insertion until now has been around 3 years and to be honest, i am getting new kind of pleasure from the prostate in almost every session and they only get better and more enjoyable
It took me 10 years to have a super o. KEEP GOING!! Don't have any expectations, explore and enjoy the subtle sensations you feel, in time they will not be so subtle.

After some ten or so years (I've lost count), I've been fortunate to experience full body, multiple, dry orgasms of mind blowing proportions, with as well as without prostate stimulation, and still, the journey continues towards new discoveries!
