Sorry for the long message thats about to follow, there are quite a few questions in there as well so please if you're interested read through it carefully and thank you in advance!

Well some of you may recall my previous threads about my progress, or lack thereof and being stuck in a 'limbo' stage.. well I'm here to ask what i should have a try at next.

I found a guy using the syn here, he gives some interesting advice but it dawned on me that i seem to have a problem, or rather an obstacle to overcome or at least understand (so if i discover its impossible for me to continue, at least i know why!)

http://www.xtube.com/watch.php?v=7eYaC-S767-

My problem is this; the guy in the video mentions allowing the prostate to 'twitch' or to build a rhythm and other things, the issue i have is that i don't feel a prostate, i don't feel anything other than anal cavity, there is no 'walnut sized thing' there, there is nothing. I have several aneros models but i don't think any make contact with anything useful in there! I'm a small stature of a man, perhaps its this causing an issue!? so i bought the aneros SGX (the smallest profile device you can buy), made no difference to feel any 'pressure' on anything in there. Though inserting any aneros device feels good in a certain area when its 75% of the way in, then it pushes past this nice area to fit normally where it should and it feels like nothing, no pleasure... nothing. However when any device i use is in there, it starts this auto-f**k movement which is small/slight at first then gets seriously strong and hard! and its not like in the video here, its big movements! and when i use my muscles to react to it it gets massively strong, its crazy! (and after a while slightly exhausting) but no pleasure or hint of anything being touched or moved against in an way whatsoever, even after 1hr+ or longer, it has me very confused.

People here always go on about 'feeling pressure on their prostate' with a device, I've never felt that, never. Not once i have i felt something I can identify as a prostate in my body, this saddens me greatly.

I did watch this video and copied his movements and found i got the heavy breathing build up of 'something' but not in any area i can describe as a 'prostate', sometimes its just the onset of an erection i feel that i think is the beginning of something happening but is just that -an erection forming which has its own set of nerves and nothing to do with prostate feedback. I also think i should perhaps stop using water based lubes and go for the shea butter option this guy in the video uses, looks like it lasts a lot longer!

I then get the twitching inside/legs after some time and the almost auto-f**ck people describe which on the aneros checklist is waaaaay down there in the more advanced users experiences. Its like I've got some of the things required off that list but not in order, just all over the place.

One thing I've noticed/discovered not on the aneros checklist is the involuntaries/leg twitching that i am experiencing even when I'm just typing this, no aneros, no nothing! it just happens for a few secs every few mins, pretty much all day, even after not using a device/having a session for even a month or so! is this progress? what is this?

Another thing I've experienced is something a little less talked about here. I used to get a tingling sensation, almost like an itch inside when using aneros. But i always associated this with something bad because nobody talked about it here at all, its only after a few months since having it did i realise that it was something positive. THe tingling/itch was something akin to worms! hence my negative thinking, it was not exactly pleasant actually, but app arrantly good! those sensations not longer occur, no matter the frequency or length of sessions.

Ive been at this many years now and i realise its not an instant process for most people, i can accept that and find the journey to be the most fun thing, but i wouldn't buy a car that doesn't drive anywhere, even if i got the thing to move from the phase I've been stuck at for more than a year would show a 1% increase would be enough for me to feel satisfied i am moving in the correct direction, as it is i seem to be stalled.

I do wonder if an even smaller SGX model needs to exist? Im giving thought to getting a syn as well (i own helix, MGX, SGX) perhaps it will give more movement/comfort and perhaps this will help get over this obstacle?

Have others here felt nothing in there, almost like you don't have a prostate to stimulate? (lol)

sounds to me like maybe your prostate hasnt fully awakened yet. Those wormy feelings as you describe seem kinda like a good thing, i guess thinking about it, i feel that too alot, though using the term "worm" might not help lol. I also think that feeling your prostate is all part of awakening it, if its not awake, then yeah you wont feel like your massaging anything. Trying something new cant hurt either, dont be afraid to try new ideas or toys. I started out awakening my prostate on a rude boy, though they say vibrators are kinda a no no for prostate massage. But yeah feel free to try something new, maybe even the eupho, i hear good things on that one. I have one and get really good feelings, but no O's. I also have the mgx which does nothing for me. The progasm and helix are the ones that produce the most pleasure for me. Also leg twitching is normal and should subside with time, though i havent heard of anyone having them outside of aneros use. I hope that helps, though I'm also no expert.

Those wormy things that happen, they havnt happened for a long time, i.e. months ago! I too have the helix and will try more with that, what is the eupho like? and why might that be better for some people over others, if i can understand that perhaps can understand my needs/requirements.

ive been at this for 1.5yrs, and there have been periods where nothing much happened for me too. Once there was nothing for two months. Though I think I know what was causing my problems, winter depression and stress at work, i think those can be powerful mental blocks when it comes to enjoying the prostate pleasures. The eupho is just a different design like the others they all are a little different. Not sure what would necessarily make it any better, but just heard alot of people say its a good one along with the helix. I think each massager touches or massages the prostate a little different depending on the shape, size, and length. I'm not sure how they necessarily recommend different massagers for different people, ive personally never paid any attention to that, i actually started out with the progasm, but I wasnt new to anal play. Also not sure what kinda lube your using, but recently I have been using extra virgin olive oil, last a long time and works great for movement. Oh i see, you were using water based lubes, those never worked for me, they dried up too quickly. Definately try a natural oil or shea butter, thats good too.

@inhope,

Your post demonstrates a number of instances of cognitive dissonance.
First, the video to which you referred is just ONE man's experience using his Aneros at ONE time! It is necessary for YOU to understand that YOUR Aneros experiences are going to be unique for YOU, so please do not fall into the trap of expecting YOUR experiences to match those of others. Your experiences may be similar but they will not match others and you also need to be aware of the semantic limitations of the words used. When another man says "twitch" that may mean something different from your own understanding of the word.

"Though inserting any aneros device feels good in a certain area when its 75% of the way in, then it pushes past this nice area to fit normally where it should and it feels like nothing, no pleasure... nothing. However when any device i use is in there, it starts this auto-f**k movement which is small/slight at first then gets seriously strong and hard! ... its big movements! and when i use my muscles to react to it it gets massively strong, its crazy!" OK I can understand that you have not yet made the association of pleasure to these autonomic orgasmic contractions but to discount them as "...nothing..." is self defeating programming, no wonder you're confused!. Your body is yelling at you ORGASM and you mind is saying "...no pleasure..."

"People here always go on about 'feeling pressure on their prostate' with a device,..." Well guess what? I rarely feel pressure on my prostate as well ! The only times I've felt real pressure on my prostate were when I've manually used other tools to stimulate it (which I don't recommend due to the damage you can cause) and having my annual DRE This goes back to having expectations about what you think you should feel and when those expectations are not being met you get frustrated. The solution is simple let go of your expectations !

"I did watch this video and copied his movements and found i got the heavy breathing build up of 'something' but not in any area i can describe as a 'prostate', sometimes its just the onset of an erection i feel that i think is the beginning of something happening but is just that -an erection forming which has its own set of nerves and nothing to do with prostate feedback." IMHO, this is incorrect thinking, if you are not providing any direct penile stimulation and your body is in "...auto-f**k..." mode and you're getting an erection, then that's a very clear sign you are getting prostate feedback.

"I then get the twitching inside/legs after some time and the almost auto-f**ck people describe which on the aneros checklist is waaaaay down there in the more advanced users experiences. Its like I've got some of the things required off that list but not in order, just all over the place." I'm going to assume here you are referring to the Aneros WIKI Milestones list and I'd like to point out the sentences which preface that list - "Milestones are progress indicators in ones journey with the Aneros. It is important to note that each journey is a unique and personal experience. All of these milestones may not apply to everyone. Some men may whip right through them without realizing what they are, while others will skip many of them altogether. Every man’s pace with this is different; some will accelerate and then plateau, while others will move slowly through them savoring each achievement. Regardless, the journey is well worth it. Again, everyone’s experience is unique, so the order presented here is an approximation. Where you land is the luck of the draw." It is clear these things are not "...required..." nor in any particular order of occurrence.

"One thing I've noticed/discovered not on the aneros checklist is the involuntaries/leg twitching that i am experiencing even when I'm just typing this, no aneros, no nothing! it just happens for a few secs every few mins, pretty much all day, even after not using a device/having a session for even a month or so! is this progress? what is this?" You're correct this isn't on the Milestones list but it would be included as an Echo Effect and it is evidence of your rewiring progress.

"I used to get a tingling sensation, almost like an itch inside when using aneros. But i always associated this with something bad because nobody talked about it here at all, its only after a few months since having it did i realise that it was something positive. THe tingling/itch was something akin to worms! hence my negative thinking, it was not exactly pleasant actually, but app arrantly good!" The "itch" and "wormlike" feelings are quite natural, from the Aneros WIKI -> Understanding Your Body -> Rewiring ->"The feeling of wormlike movements just up above the anal canal." I even used that phenomenon in the "HypnAerosession" recording script -> "Go ahead and do another squeeze ... just a little harder this time ...Hold it ... is it quivering? ... hold it ... Just keep holding it ... yeah, that feels so good, doesn’t it? Did you feel it? Did you feel that tingling itch deep inside that you would just love to reach inside and scratch? If my fingers were 6 inches long, I could do that for you, gently massage your prostate and milk it of all its wondrous fluids you'd like that wouldn't you? ... yes ... I know you would."

"Have others here felt nothing in there, almost like you don't have a prostate to stimulate?" Despite having my prostate burned with radiation therapy and losing a significant amount of sensitivity, I can still derive pleasure from focusing upon the subtle sensations which remain, I'm confident you can learn to find that pleasure for yourself if you are willing to drop the expectations and resolve the dissonance between your body and mind.
Good Vibes to You !

Thanks for your post, its been most helpful, I'm even going to try another session shortly! i felt it necessary to document everything i have been through here just so people/you can see how I'm getting on and identifying where i need to go next. I will remember what you have said, most appreciated 🙂

One small question for you though; those itching sensations havnt returned from many months ago, i had them for around 3 sessions in a 2 month period (rough guess as to the times/frequency) but have not returned at all after many sessions since, i just want to know if i have 'unwired' myself somehow or if its normal for them to be there one minute and not the next? will they return?

because as for progress that I'm looking for is concerned -that itch was it, and i had no idea! I'm much more open to things now, looking forward to the next milestone whenever that may be 🙂

*edit* just a returned from session with the helix, same auto movement as before but this time it was kind of uncomfortable, i.e. the device felt too big, its never felt too big before. Same with the MGX, so much so if i choose to assist the device with my own anal contractions it caused some degree of discomfort, like its pushing too hard against something solid, it feels much bigger than it has done before. I have owned and used both of these for some time without this issue. I cannot seem to use either of these devices at the moment, this is so strange! the SGX is the only one that feels tolerable (i.e. the smallest model).... any ideas?

inhope,

Re: internal itching - "...i just want to know if i have 'unwired' myself somehow or if its normal for them to be there one minute and not the next? will they return?" First , NO, I don't think think you have 'unwired' yourself. I think it is normal to go through phases of developmental rewiring. Remember each man's journey is going to be unique, while there will be many similarities in experiences and sensations, the order, frequency, intensity and extent of those experiences is highly variable within the individual and even more so between different men. Personally, I haven't experienced prolonged itch or wormlike sensations in many months, so what? There are so many other sensations to be enjoyed if you just open yourself to attune to them, without expectations. Allowing your body to creatively present to you new sensations, awaken dormant feelings and free up emotional energy is all part of the journey as well. While physical pleasure may be the primary motivating factor for Aneros use, I am convinced these tools stimulate a deeper pursuit within our own psyches.

Aneros use should never be painful or even uncomfortable. If you are experiencing discomfort there is a problem to be resolved. The problem could be psychological, physical or some combination of the two. On the physical side you could be suffering from some kind of irritation of the anal/rectal tissues, a mild bacterial infection, hemorrhoids, muscle fatigue, etc. I would recommend you suspend Aneros use for a week to see if these issues resolve themselves, if they don't then scheduling an appointment with your doctor is probably in order.

Psychological causes are more difficult to diagnose but your body's sudden objection to Aneros use could indicate you've stumbled upon what Jack Johnston of KSMO fame calls "emotional fur balls". These are unresolved emotional issues upwelling from your subconscious intruding into your normal behavior patterns. These issues could be simple or complex, only you can determine which is which, but until they are resolved they will be obstacles to progress. You may find further information about Jack Johnston's "Key Sound Multiple Orgasm" protocol (KSMO) at his website!
Good Vibes to You !

I had problems using water based lubes including burning sensations. I now use olive or walnut oil, I both coat the syn and shoot I small amount using a lube shooter. No more burning and easy to do. Try laying on your right side in a loose fetal position and let it all ride, let the twitches grow.

Well I'm looking at shea butter and coconut oil in case its that, plus the stuff i use now might just not be as a movement free as i would like: just a water based lube.

Im looking at these two, would anyone agree that these would be suitable?

Coconut oil:

@inhope - I find the quality of shea butter to be pretty variable between brands. Which is why I've stuck to the Now Foods brand over the years. I'm not saying what you picked out won't work. But expect some amount of having to try different brands till you find one you like. Some of the more natural brands where the shea butter is dark yellow in color didn't lubricate well. And I've even had the unscented Alaffia brand cause extreme burning inside me. Try to find something that is pale yellow to somewhat white in color.

@inhope - Yes, shea butter and coconut oil are solid oils. If I remember correctly, shea butter starts to melt at 76F/24C degrees. And I keep the jar in the refrigerator to keep it more solid. What this does is makes the scooping out of chunks with a spoon easier, and also makes insertion of two chunks in the rectum less messy and thus less waste. Then a third chunk is scooped out and coats the Aneros before insertion. When the shea butter reaches body temperature, it becomes like a thin grease in consistency. And wonderfully lubricates and allows the Aneros to move easily.

i shall acquire some @Love_is ...can i just ask which brand of coconut oil you use and when you apply that and to where?

I just had a session actually but it was unusual, i was exceptionally aroused, when i contracted this time i felt a pleasurable but where i felt it was unusual, i felt it in my right testicle! but again I'm not sure 100% because it was sort of 'inside' i could be mistaking for prostate, hard to pin point.

Once again i enjoyed the sessions but felt exhaustion set in, even though it hadn't been long and i wasn't tensing especially hard or anything but in the end i needed an orgasm and decided to masturbate but also to tense with the device (i.e. still produce the micro movements) and the orgasm was pretty lovely actually. Afterwards i tensed again and it felt sort of different inside somehow, now i feel somewhere inside (possible prostate area, I'm not sure because I've never felt it before) and even as i type this some 2 hours after my session it feels like a series of small warm waves of pleasure (though I'm careful not to exaggerate this as its not massively noticeable, just a nice feeling there) I'm finding it hard deciphering whats prostate feedback and possible relief from the fatigue, or just post orgasms nerve feelings (though this is different to most other times, so I'm willing to accept that its part of the rewiring process, either way its nice and i aint complaining)

I just need to understand what I'm feeling or rather if what I'm feeling is correct and moving forward.

@inhope - I don't use coconut oil. Only the Now Foods Shea butter. I brought it up because it is also a solid oil at room temperature. And also there is a number of guys here that like using coconut oil.

@Love_is where do you store shea butter? can it be put in a wardrobe or cupboard and not go off?

Also to anyone else out there: when using the aneros do some of you have the feeling i described above? a pleasurable sensation in a testicular area/specific testicle?

@inhope - You can store it where ever you want. It won't go bad at room temperature. I choose to keep it in the refrigerator, because it keeps it very solid.

it is normal to have those pleasureable feelings in your testicles, penis, even your pelvis. Lately Ive been having a weird pleasure wave go up the side of my pelvis closer to my leg. i believe the prostate is where numerous nerves converge, so it would seem plausible to have those feelings.

Ive seen those videos, and to be honest I wouldnt think that would be too pleasureable lol. Most of my orgasms with the aneros are very subdued, ie no shaking, yelling or anything like that really, but still very powerful and pleasureable. I think for most its like i described and not like the videos you see. Not saying you couldnt get there, or anyone for that fact, just that everyone is different and everyone has different outcomes with use, so i wouldnt be disappointed if your body doesnt react like the guys in the videos.

well this has been confused and has really gotten my goat! then @ineverknew why call it a super-O? there must be some reason for it? perhaps you're not using it right! certainly the adverting of the aneros suggest the orgasms are meant to be like the video i posted. Same goes for peoples experiences on this very forum too, its 'super' not 'subdued'... are they exaggerating?

I have to ask this too, if they are 'subdued' and not as pleasurable as whats in pretty much 100% of aneros videos (which is a fair few btw) which sounds underwhelming, then whats the point of bothering with an aneros? how far along are you on your journey?, sounds like its right at the start!

@inhope,

I think the only one misleading you is YOU.
I will concede the Official Aneros definition of a Super-O (originally called the Dream Orgasm) is rather vague, so.....
First, I'd recommend you re-read the Aneros WIKI definition of a Super-O then read 'B Mayfield's response in Non-Ejaculatory response vs. Super-O. Finally, please read 'Buster's thread What exactly is a Super-O?

It seems to me you are proceeding under some illusionary thoughts about what constitutes a Super-O. I have found nothing in the Aneros advertisements to suggest orgasms are meant to be like any particular video. In fact, I think that is one reason why Aneros does NOT employ user videos in their ads, they are all too aware of the great variety of potential physical responses from their patrons so they don't want to create expectations for an experience some may never achieve, that would be false advertising. I hope the above links will clarify the situation for you.
Good Vibes to You !

taken from the wiki:

"Super-O is an abbreviation of "super orgasm," a term coined by Aneros user Brian Mayfield for an orgasm that steps out of the normal frame of reference. A Super-O is an overwhelmingly strong non-ejaculatory orgasm that may involve: durations of minutes at a time; full-body orgasmic waves of pleasure; intense pleasure throughout the pelvic region, particularly the prostate, rectum and surrounding muscles; loss of a sense of reality; strong emotional responses; flashes of color (optical activity in the brain); large muscle contractions; a strong sense of ejaculation (with no emission); protracted involuntary vocalizations, roars or screams; pleasant convulsions; pronounced deep or staccato pelvic thrusting or writhing; a sense of soulful release and relief; a sense of self-redefinition; and, an energized feeling immediately following orgasm and being ready for more (as opposed to post-ejaculation lethargy).
On the Aneros forum, men have described their experiences like this: "pure bliss," "ongoing orgasmic bliss," "lost all sense of time," "floating," "out of body," "thought i was going to pass out," "could not take anything more," "laughing and sobbing at the same time."

Just have a read of that, sorry but @ineverknew that doesn't sound like what you experience now does it? @rumel if the above statement is true then the super-O is exactly as i had previously thought it to be, nothing 'subdued' (at least not something that is constantly subdued) and exactly as described visually in the video.

I'm not assuming its the same for everyone, as people have said (because its different for everyone apparrantly -and thats fine) but the definition at least on the link you have posted states exactly what a super-O is and that matches up identically to the video i posted as well as my previous understanding and expectations of what constitutes one. If I'm under some illusion of any kind its one thats been brought on by those that post here descriptively about their experiences, mirroring whats in the wiki article, i have heard nothing to the contrary about what constitutes a super-O, until i read @ineverknews response, it currently stands as the only person thats described it differently.

If the above wiki definition is not the case, as you can see its rather extreme in its definition isn't it? (just look at some of the enticing language thats used) then that wiki page needs updating or changing somewhat, to remove this expectation, think of those user experiences that then don't go on to have that very descriptive and enticing wording of an orgasm thats 'without a frame of reference' and 'redefines them as a person' when in actual fact it may just be an 'orgasm that is subdued'. I've said it before and i will say it again, what if someone bought this device and had no ability to go online? what are they supposed to do/what are they supposed to look for when using the device? these things need guides or have some sort of DVD included with techniques and tricks and what to expect (and more crucially what not to do as well) and if specific things that are happening are normal or something to been concerned about.

This forum is all there is! the pamphlet inside the aneros (only the helix has it I've noticed thus far, my two others devices don't have anything about how its used properly) is very optimistic stating that "once its inserted it works automatically, right away" which just isn't true for seemingly most people? again this is against expectation, it needs clarification, direction and some guidance.

I guess all I'm saying is this: I'm willing to ride the journey, I'm willing to meet with challenges and new experiences and to expand the conscious and unconscious mind. But its such a vague thing all of this, its different for everyone, no two seem the same in experience terms or how each person uses theirs. Where is all of that information? sure as hell isn't on the packaging! Its only coming here that I've learned that there IS an actual learning process a 'journey' to it, thats fine, thats cool even! but i didn't know any of this, not for a long time after buying my first one some years ago.

Im not knocking this community either, its a wonderful thing in fact, its certainly helped me but its odd that there isn't more in print or some other form of media to help those who don't have access to this lovely place and its people.

Oh well, onward with my own personal journey 🙂

let me see if i can clarify for you. I wasnt saying what those people do in the videos isnt possible or that they are faking. What "I" was saying is that for me and many others I have met on the forum experience the prostate orgasms in more of a subdued way. And when I say that, let me preface it with this could be just an expession of the person and his reactions to the experience. When I first started I did experience leg trembling/tremors sometimes they would shake uncontrollably, but i mentally made a choice to calm myself and relax more during the expereince which led to them going away, though i do get them to some extent from time to time. So I guess what im saying is, that for me, it was more of a conscious decision to remain calm and relaxed and not let go, so to say, and let the feelings overtake me. All that being said, I dont think my orgasms are any less enjoyable then someone shaking and writhing about. Experiencing prostate orgasms for me have been a tremendous experience and they just keep getting better, also ive been at this for 1.5yrs, just an fyi. If you read the description that you copied, it says at the begininng that the super O "may" involve many of those descriptions, but obviously no guaruntees of any of them, since we are all different. I have experienced many of those descriptions, some I have not, but again i think that is just how i have experienced them. I hope all of this clears things up for you, you havent been fed a bag of lies by any means, it was just a simple misunderstanding or miscommunication maybe on my part.

@inhope,

I'm sorry that you seemed to have misread or misunderstood a critical word in the definition you quoted. As 'ineverknew' pointed out in the second sentence it clearly says "A Super-O is an overwhelmingly strong non-ejaculatory orgasm that may involve:..." (emphasis mine) and then proceeds to list some characteristics a man may experience. Of the 15 listed characteristics one may experience ("...durations of minutes at a time; full-body orgasmic waves of pleasure; intense pleasure throughout the pelvic region, particularly the prostate, rectum and surrounding muscles; loss of a sense of reality; strong emotional responses; flashes of color (optical activity in the brain); large muscle contractions; a strong sense of ejaculation (with no emission); protracted involuntary vocalizations, roars or screams; pleasant convulsions; pronounced deep or staccato pelvic thrusting or writhing; a sense of soulful release and relief; a sense of self-redefinition; and, an energized feeling immediately following orgasm and being ready for more (as opposed to post-ejaculation lethargy)") only 4 of them would be of any demonstrative effect.
Nowhere does it say you will or that you should even expect to experience any of those events. The WIKI definition doesn't seem very extreme when you consider that those characteristics may be experienced not that they will be experienced. Even the opening text to the list of Milestones says "All of these milestones may not apply to everyone."

As far as 'ineverknew's use of the word "subdued", it seemed pretty obvious to me he was referring to outwardly demonstrative physical effects when he qualified it by adding "... ie no shaking, yelling or anything like that really,..." This is a fairly typical description for men experiencing a type of Super-O often referred to as 'The Calm Seas' of orgasm. These are the types of Super-O's I experience, though I wouldn't have used the term "subdued", that's why I have often remarked that filming my Anerosessions would be as exciting as watching paint dry and about as informative as well.

"I've said it before and i will say it again, what if someone bought this device and had no ability to go online? what are they supposed to do/what are they supposed to look for when using the device? these things need guides or have some sort of DVD included with techniques and tricks and what to expect (and more crucially what not to do as well) and if specific things that are happening are normal or something to been concerned about." Surely you are joking about this, there are hundreds of thousands of products in the marketplace which have less documentation on their use yet have substantially more possible impacts on our lives than a simple prostate massager, i.e. just go down to your local hardware store and ask them if they provide DVD's regarding the techniques for the use and care of an ax or a shovel. I think High Island Health LLC has made a remarkable effort to make the information gained from thousands of users available in the manner they have - This Forum.

"...the pamphlet inside the aneros (only the helix has it I've noticed thus far, my two others devices don't have anything about how its used properly) is very optimistic stating that "once its inserted it works automatically, right away" which just isn't true for seemingly most people? again this is against expectation, it needs clarification, direction and some guidance." You need to realize that not everyone who purchases these massagers is pursuing its erotic potentials, some of them just want something to relieve their BPH symptoms, for them the instructions "once its inserted it works automatically, right away" is probably quite adequate. You are certainly entitled to your opinion about needing additional clarification/direction/guidance but there are certainly a number of us who recognize that the Aneros journey is a relatively new behavioral phenomenon and we are establishing the clarification, direction & guidance right now, through the workings of this Forum

Good Vibes to You !

@inhope: There are books and videos that provide an introduction to prostate stimulation, and live seminars are becoming more common. But, I personally believe they are at best introductions and some are just wrong. This forum provides access to a variety of experience that just can't be matched in static print or one hour presentations. As you have discovered, we experience the Aneros so uniquely, how can you summarize it in a pamphlet? Heck, most guys don't read the instructions anyway.

As rumel suggested, I too started for health reasons and figured out the rest by accident. I've experienced the violent shakes early in my use. I was fortunate to have two "calm seas" sessions later and found them delightful. I've had several calmer sessions lately and am beginning to really appreciate them. I guess the point I'm making is it's difficult to expect too much of definitions when the experience keeps changing. A common suggestion is to let go of the labels and definitions - I'm finding that it can set your sessions free. It hasn't been easy for me though, I want to categorize and compare!

I have a lot to reply to but just for now i would like to say this to @rumel if i were going to buy a hammer or axe i would know its intended purpose, because its something that is seen in media, is used regularly and is well documented because its something used/sold (more or less) every day. The aneros sir, is not. Heck give it to someone thats never seen one and they wouldn't have a clue what the hell you were showing them. For example: show someone, even the most ignorant of people an axe and an aneros and an I'm certain that they know what an axe is for and how it it is used... as for the aneros they wouldn't have a clue!

Please can someone address the question re: those that do not have access to this forum? what do these people do with a lack of documentation or guidance that lots of people here receive on a daily basis? What of misuse of the product, it needs instruction or rather more clear instruction that needs to be available within the packing of each aneros product.
