Take a look at this video. I've been trying to watch some people who have posted their super O online. If you watch this video, it's kinda long, so the part I'm asking about is at the 3:30 mark. Is a super o really that violent? I have a some what fragile back, but it looks like if this is a super O, then I could possibly throw out my back. LOL Listening to him too, it sound so rough on him.

Well, that one Yankee, looks a lot more like something pleasurable is going on than the one I posted. The one I posted made it look like the guy was experiencing a lightning strike. Did not look like fun at all. I noticed one of the captions on you video, the guy said he don't flop around like others, he likes to be more in control. Is that to say you have control over how much your body thrashes around? In other words, the first guy just let himself go while the second guy stayed more in control?

Watching this video years ago it inspired me and after 2 years in the aneros journey i finally had my first super o. With the same model as in the vid: helix syn. And yes my orgasm looks very much like the in the video.

I have to add that i never achieve p orgasms while lying on my back. I lie on my left side with right leg up or lying semi on my stomach with one leg up to allow space for my cock.

I think the first video is all for show, yes im sure there are really nice things happening but its OTT. Look at one of the other videos that user has posted with an aneros and it isnt 10% as crazy as this one.

The helix syn video is more accurate to most of what people experience, including myself.

I would never say that the video you shown is fake. I can only say I haven't had an experience like that. He might have also used things to enhance his experience. I can only speculate. I have had jolts of involuntary body movement here and there maybe 1-2 a session. Sure what he shows seems to look like a seizure. It might be in how much tension you hold that creates that. Notice he is tensed and holding breath. He is riding from what seems to be a forced clenching posture. We relax and allow it to take us like the guy in the other video. It doesn't even mean the clenchers way is better, I may have surpassed his level of pleasure in a relaxed state and simply dont express it outwardly.

No, the first video is not fake. I have had a similar Super-O early on. The second video, however, is more "average" and I have experienced those too. @Haas, remember that sometimes a Super-O is accompanied by an out-of-body experience and so your memory of all the violent shaking may be diminished within the Super-O; but the video doesn't lie! Awesome feeling!

Haas - My Super Os run along a spectrum of calm to violent. There have been times when I nearly bounced off the bed. And there are times when I feel so serene that I feel like I'm floating. The videos shared here show some of the variety of experiences we can have as MMO men. We are so lucky.

Mine have been about halfway in between... a lot more quick spasming than in the second one, but not as hard or vocal as the first. Since I am new to it, I've started experimenting with "letting go" more vs. really holding back and minimizing my body movements as much as I can, just to see the differences in how they feel.

@brine, I fully support your comment, same to me. @Haas, indeed there is some danger in letting go. Sometimes I really felt out of control of my body movements. Today I made some experiments standing upright in somewhat a position of attention. I visualized my balls pendling around, though I tried not to move at all. First it felt like there was nothing. I went on with my imagination for about a minute, when suddenly a tension was built up in my prostate that was floating my anal canal and widening up into my abdomen, up my spine and finally my whole body. Meanwhile my testicles felt as if a big hand had grabbed them and a wonderful orgasm waved through my whole body. I only made some slight bows and was able to control my movements very well. Perhaps you should try to reach your super-o that way or perhaps bend over to a table or something, so you can block too sudden movements. Another very exciting idea would be to try reaching it in restraint, maybe with the help of a reliable partner. Good luck and take care!

Obviously the first video with all the shaking is not fake -- people really are experiencing super O's that way. Hasn't happened to me. Just reporting my own experience 🙂

I dont think anyone is saying its fake just that its somewhat for show, or perhaps a better whay of saying it is that its over-exaggerated for the camera. There are more reports and videos of much calmer and controlled responses/sessions. I fail to see how this degree of thrashing can work, i have to be well concentrated and if i was this violent then things would stop, instantly.

Lol hell no! If it felt that good I would ride the hell out of it! Not to say I haven't but if their is more i cant wait! 🙂
After 27 months wisdom taught me this. I am not certain about anything. 3 years from now I may have ascended to a godlike status of ecstasy that today I cannot comprehend. I may yet achieve. .....................

Anyone else watch dragonball? Goku ascending to super saiyan god? What we can imagine we can achieve as Roger Bannister broke the 4 minute mile record and over 20 people did it less than a year after he did it. Because he broke the glass. What is next?

Ok, so for those who had this type of thrashing, would it be controllable if you wanted it to be? I've got a bit of a bad back, and frankly, it looks like I could hurt myself if I ever reach that point. Obviously, I'm not there yet.

Hello All,
I can have either reaction to a session. If I let it go I can be thrashing all over the place. This will cause me to have a HFWO. Yes it can be controlled to some extent, but sometimes it is good to just let it go.
Other times it is fun to just totally relax into it. This would be simular to the second video. Just breathing and relaxing into the pleasure waves. Calm seas, as refered in wikki is wild. It also depends on what aneros I am using.
The best advice is to just relax into your session, work on breathing in and out and enjoying what ever comes your way.

I feel like it might help some to just let happen what is gonna happen. If you're gonna shake then shake. My last session was pretty intense. But at one point I stopped trying to resist the spasms and sit still, and that is where the best feelings came from all the sudden. When I would pay more attention to the pleasure than my body movements is where it really started to feel amazing. I was spasming like crazy this time too. To the point I need to reinforce my bed frame.

i do have a love hate relationship with my own prostate orgasm reaction
love it because of the pleasure from my prostate orgasm and most of us who experienced prostate orgasm will agree with me
the feeling of your body muscles all going involuntary while your mind is in another state is pure ecstasy
hate it because i always got my back or neck sores after each session, i have tried to remind myself not to tense up too much and be calm, but when it happened, it will happen
sigh.. that is why i am trying to cut it down to 1 or 2 session per week instead of almost every single day that i used to have

I've been trying to figure out how to say this as non-abrasively as possible. I don't think it's fair to give some one else grief over pain they are suffering just because you can't have a positive Aneros experience. For all we know veon may have chronic pain and uses his Aneros sessions to try to forget about that pain at the risk of making it worse.

The way he described it:
"hate it because i always got my back or neck sores after each session, i have tried to remind myself not to tense up too much and be calm, but when it happened, it will happen"
...sounds like it's because he's making himself tense too much.
And I've sometimes been there, particularly with the abdomen. Some sessions last year, I'd also give myself a headache from bearing down too much for too long.

what you said about making myself tense too much might be true to an extend, but i could not help myself but to tense up when i get too excited before having a prostate O.
it just like you will stroke ur penis faster, your legs get tensed up before an orgasm during normal masturbation
i am having the same cycle too..
I will try to relax as muchhhh as i could in the next session and see whether i could get this calm down a lil bit more

I have the same feeling about the abdomen.
I found that while laying on my back, if my back is more rounded like doing crunches, it's easier to tense up the abdomen muscle and induce shaking and spasm.
The shaking and spasm feel pretty good and makes the device to rub against the prostate fast.
However, when that happens I feel the build up sensation and tension in the entire pelvic region is reduced/released, similar to stroking the penis hard when very aroused during regular masturbation can release pressure and tension.
For me, the build up sensation and tension is what makes the orgasms more pleasurable, so lately I try to relax more so the sensation and tension can build up faster and higher.

Well,

Mine are ALWAYS like that. It took me a few months to get my FIRST orgasm (about 5 weeks for p-waves), and once that first smaller orgasm came I was SO EXCITED. I remember thinking over and over "omg orgasm omg orgasm" until it ended.

Super-Os are just on a whole different plane of existence. For me they have always come after a series (2-3) of smaller orgasms like my first one, and I can ALWAYS make them last about as long as I want. I've never "not" been able to go back into a super-o after achieving the first one of the session. I always end either because it's been so darn long and I really need to pee/stop, or because I'm just exhaused in between those super-o's.

To answer the question, yes. At least that violent. It is the most incredible feeling I could possibly imagine. There is no way heroin, crack, meth, ANYTHING feels as good as a super-o in progress.

After a good 2 hours of super-o after super-o, you'll begin to wonder why anyone even wants to have sex with women (or men, if thats your thing). You can make yourself feel so incredible, beyond anything I EVER thought possible. I just can't overstate it or even come close to putting it into words.

I used to think a 10 was the max pleasure limit, now I know it's about 1000. The super-o for me is the result of a mind game. The last thing I think before it happens is always "I don't care if i get an orgasm...I feel great right now." Then

BAM
BAM BAM
BAM BAM

That guy in the video knows.

@spinsizzle81 hmm interesting
So what are you doing different compared to me in order to get p-waves and superO so quickly?
You make it sound so fantastic that I am struggling to relate your experience to mine.

@spinsizzle81 I read the first half of your long post, hope to read the rest tonight after a workout on the bike.
I dont watch tv for an hour after inserting, but often i would just chill out on the chat or read books or forums or something for ages, then switch it all off. So that's your step 3 in your post.

I need to try the pillow trick from your step 4, and i've watched porn sometimes during the session but there's no apparent change in aneros progress one way or the other regarding porn use.

Step 6 never happens, I've never had a p-wave, wouldn't know what one is like. So none of the other steps afterwards are applicable so far.
Wish I knew how to make it happen, but it never happens.

Possibly the only differentiators are that you use the pillow and take 10 mins to insert.
Hmmmmmm?

Haas, I don't think your vid is "fake". Two years ago I broke my nose with my knee during a Super O.... I told the doctor I ran into a door...(I didn't say it was the door to heaven...)
