So since I am a man it means I have small nipples, which means there aren't any suckers which are small enough to enlarge just the nipples. Any suckers that I've used will also enlarge the areolas. I enjoy using the manual cup things that you squeeze, and electronic suckers as well, I have the electronic Swell Yeah from Lovehoney, and I also have one of those electronic nipple correctors which are meant to be used for women with inverted nipples who want to breast feed.
So of course when taking the suckers off, for a temporary amount of time (probably around 5 mins) my nipples are a bit bigger, and my areolas are a lot bigger, they're really puffy and stick out, and then the nipples and areolas return back to normal size
Now I've read that when using nipple suckers regularly enough you will end up with bigger nipples for the long term, possibly even permanently? So does this mean that the areolas will also be bigger for the long term?
I like the idea of making my nipples a bit bigger for the long term, but I don't want to have big puffy areolas that stick out as it's going to look really obvious when I'm wearing a T-shirt while out in public.

I have used them on and off for 20 years, over time I have more sensitive nipples that are a bit larger and stay excited longer. It took, at the start, about six months for some results, using every other day for 30 minutes on and off. I used the larger suction tubes from a snake bite kit to start, with Albolene Cream for lubrication, the result were harder nipples, harder longer nipples, and sensitive nipples that were ready for use when my nerves woke up in my lower end. I have enjoyed the sensation of stroking them, using right hand on left (& etc.), and waking up my prostate to the point of throbbing. After using the snake bite kit, I have switched to tubes, the easy tube solution are the ones with the bolt to build suction on the top, to manual increase pressure to promote growth and sensitivity. Over time I have harder nipples when stimulated, better looking larger nipples, and increased sensations. No complaints, in the pressure department, I have kept it low and slow.

I love having boob's and larger nipple's for a guy, just don't like the dumb remarks.

Had the same concern and found good DIY solution. Put together my own kit using cheap vinyl/rubber "end caps" and silicone "screw protectors" that you can find in drawers at a good hardware store. (or online)
Come in wide range of sizes. Start small and work your way up. They suction best with a bit of lube or coconut oil. And it helps to soften the plastic ones by soaking them half a minute in warm water. Go easy -- gentle tension for longer -- but at least 25 minutes sessions will stress the skin long enough to promote cell division and real nipple growth.
BTW, started out with tiny almost inverted nipples and worked through various sizes to where I am now... prominent natural looking nips, a good bit larger than a pencil eraser. The end caps I use now are from a larger silicone assortment I bought online. But this set doesn't have the right smaller sizes for where I started.
Very happy with the results. My nipples are quite sensitive and seem to be naturally hard most of the time.
