During sessions where I do have a super-o I have no desire to ejaculate. I have a much harder time abstaining from ejaculation when I have not had an orgasm yet during a long session. The obvious answer to that for me is to cut those sessions short. If I haven't had an orgasm during the first hour I probably won't have one at all.

I bought a Helix Syn when I was 18 and I'm almost 22 now. It took me around year of on and off practice before I had my first dry-o. And at the time I didn't even recognize what it was. I had my first super-o maybe 2 years in. When I was really in my groove I was able to cum within 5 minutes almost every time I put a toy in. That was around spring this year. I was aware of my prostate all the time and was even able to think myself off if I concentrated hard enough. Now I'm getting back into it again and it's a bit harder to come. Most of my recent sessions had no orgasms or a couple of dry-os. Many of them ended in ejaculation, which was almost never the case when I was more practiced. I finally had a super o tonight which was one of the best I've ever had. It all happened within 25 minutes. I'm working on rewiring (or I guess rerewiring lol) again and it's working out pretty well.

For a really long time I've had this irrational fear about never being able to have a super-o again. And I don't mean since my lay off. Going into many of my past sessions I've always worried that I'll lose the ability somehow. I am still working to get over that, but as of right now I'm not worried.

I don't think there was a specific reason. Other life distractions I guess. And the longer I don't do certain things the harder it is to get back into it.
