I have had the helix for a very long time and I'm looking to get a more intense aneros experience. Should I go with the Vice or the Maximus? I've been looking at both but I'm leaning toward the Maxiumus. The one interest I had for the vice is that I read you are able to sit on it, is this true or is that not recommended?
Any other advice is welcome.
Hello, balo.
Yes, you can sit comfortably on a Vice for hours, assuming you are tall enough that it doesn't poke you too hard when you do. As for getting more intense sensations out of a different model, I'd say that's true only if you're getting intense sensations from the Helix you have. If you're not getting much out of Helix, you may not get much out of whatever Aneros you buy. With these things, it's 90% you and 10% the device.
Cheers,
Dave
Safe sitting with an Aneros inserted is dependent on many variables including but probably not restricted to:
-- the surface
-- the sitter's internal geometry and canal length
-- sitter's glut mass and muscle development
-- the particular tool
When you sit on your Helix, how does it feel and how free is it to move when you sit on it?
As a sometime sitter with a Helix in a recliner, I've had some heavy dry-Os and uncontrollable physical shakes. (Barcalounger put the seam in just the right spot to engage Helix's tail and my glutes are just the perfect thickness.)
The Maximus is very good but bigger is not always better. Have you thought about the Eupho? It is long but thinner which gives it a great deal of mobility. The Tempo is also a ride unto itself. You can easily sit on it too.
I have had some pretty good experiences with the helix. Don't think I've ever had a super O but I've been close. I've found that I've had the best sensations just thinking about the shape of the device in my body and imagining what it's doing. That is why I thought a bigger model might be the way to go.
I have never tried to sit on the helix because I wasn't sure that the device was designed to be sat upon.
balo;
If you want to try sitting on the Helix, cut the curly part of the tail off, leaving about an inch and a half of straight, flat tail. Sand the edges where you cut it. I've done that to both my Helix and Eupho and they still work perfectly in horizontal body positions. The Eupho is a tad long for me to sit comfortably with it unless I'm in a soft recliner. Of course, the massager's motion will be limited when you're sitting on it.
Best Regards,
Dave
I agree with both Carolinguy and ten_s_nut. Bigger is not necessarily better.
Try the Eupho and cut off its tail.
Just now, this is all I need!
So are you guys saying that the Eupho is typically the most pleasurable model?
I have found that having a few different models is helpful. I have all but a few.
Once you learn their characteristics, each have their place. I don't think anyone can tell you exactly which model will be best for you personally.
I find some models are best for me on a certain day but a different may be best on another day.
I know that sounds very vague but it helps to have at least 2 or 3.
Over time, it will make you more aware through the differences in the models. Since you have the Helix, the Eupho would be a nice contrast.
It is a damn good model. As I said earlier, it is very mobile. It is one of my personal favorites along with the Tempo.
I started with the Helix and found that it was good, but missed my sweet spots too often. Went with the Progasm, which hits things very well for me. Check out the size diagrams and see what will work better for you. In my case the Progasm's size isn't an issue - I'm not a huge guy, but the distances and relative positions between my prostate and perineum sweet spot were harderto hit with the Helix
Think about what's not working for you, and decide on a new device.
I own all of them and the maximus was my last purchase. that one has recently become my favorite behind the progasm.
If you are somewhat new to this it might be best to go with the eupho.
If I could only have one model it would be the progasm
Well I think I am going to go with the Progasm. I think in terms of comparison, the Eupho is closer to the Helix whereas the Progasm adds the round P and K tabs. The Progasm is also a bit cheaper too and that's the one I was leaning toward in the first place.
It sounds like all of the models can be intensely pleasurable so perhaps in the future I will also pick up a Eupho. For now though, I will look forward to trying out the Progasm's bigger size, shape and abutments.
Thanks for your guys' advice, any more is still appreciated 🙂
After a few weeks with the Progasm, I went back to the Helix and had some of the most consistently intense sessions yet, and two Super-O's. It's as if the Progasm helped my rewiring process. They're both great models and having both at my disposal is a food thing.
