Which is Best for You?

I read a lot about the practice of longer periods of ejaculation retention and I remember reading posts from some of the elders about 'cleaning the pipes regularly'. Which has more health benefits?

The science isn't settled on that one.

The body does need to regularly expel semen but whether it is from ejaculation, ruined orgasm, prostate massage or wet dreams the mission is accomplished. I am just now exploring reducing the number of ejaculations and my experience has been positive so far. Nothing extreme with a maximum of about two weeks but as time goes on, the frequency will be reduced and my wife and I will figure out what that is over time.

I really never thought I would be the one to enjoy it but I don't know how we'd ever stop doing it now.

Like mobilesub, I have gone as long as two weeks but lately it seems more like 5-6 days. it is amazing and somewhat ironic how cutting back on something pleasurable like ejaculation can cause even more pleasure! There are even side benefits! Try it, you might like it! BTW, this practice meshes perfectly with my tantric sex.

Several years ago I recall mention of a study indicating that men over 45 have fewer occurrences of Prostate Cancer if they ejaculated at least 21 times a month while they were in their 20's. If I can find the source of that I'll post it in this thread.

@rook, now that you mention this study, I did read about it and that was a long time ago but with no retractions. I'm hoping more members could share their opinions and beliefs on this topic. Thanks you!
