Where to give feedback about a product?

Just wondering if it’s possible to give feedback to the Aneros team about a product. 

Specifically about the Trident base they are using for all of their toys. I bought the MGX trident Syn a little over a year ago and it was the first toy that got me to be orgasmic, but over time I found that it started to irritate my bladder quite a bit. To the point that my bladder would be irritated and feel like I had to pee for the next 24 hours. I eventually had to stop using the MGX trident altogether because it caused more irritation than pleasure. Interestingly, the Eupho and Maximus tridents don’t irritate me on the same way. 

But just this last week I purchased the High Island Health Pro-State 2 which is just the MGX with the old “S” curved base rather than a trident base (it is my understanding that HIH is the parent company of Aneros, or is at least affiliated with Aneros in some way). This toy immediately gave me the best sessions of my life and has been absolutely incredible. Like, “I’ve reached the moon” incredible. And I get no bladder irritation at all really. Just ridiculously good orgasms. I’m attributing this to the fact that the base is different and therefore angles the toy differently inside me. 

So now I’m wondering why Aneros has seemingly decided to abandon all other bases in favor of the trident base. Seems like having different options would be best. 

I almost want to order another HIH Pro-State 2 for fear the my current one will break someday and I won’t be able to get anything with the “S” curved base again. 

Just thought I’d point this out since I’m incredibly happy with my current purchase and I’d hate for others to miss out.
