Hello swgm29,

And welcome to the Aneros forums. 🙂

Here's the thread for new users to learn and discover more information:

http://www.aneros.com/forum/f5/new-aneros-forum-start-here-14968/

Of course browsing and searching for specific terms in the forum is also a good option.

Slip your aneros in with your preferred lube letting it position itself and relax on your back, knees up and relaxed apart slowly and deeply breathing for a few minutes, then do gentle PC contractions (the muscle contraction you use to cut off your urine midstream), not anal contractions, holding them for about 20 seconds then relaxing about 20 to 30 seconds. Do this several times all while lightly tickling your nipples. With practice two to three times a week like this you should eventually begin to feel wormy like feelings in your anal sphincter muscle and in time a feeling like your rectum wants to grip the massager. With continued practice, i.e., the "rewiring process" the time for which varies with different guys, these involuntary processes will bring on warm, orgasmic like feelings in your pelvis that eventually spread to your penis to the point you'll feel like you're ejaculating, but nothing's coming out, i.e., a dry orgasm.

Well I have tried and yesterday I got more vigourous shaking and thrusting and then my abdomen started to feel different and my penis started twitching. The aneros felt like it was pulled in quite tight. I think with a little more practice and less conscious thought I will get there! Here's hoping gonna have another session tomorrow!

I can contract sphincter alone, but when trying to contract pc, I can't separate the two. Tips?

On differentiating PC from sphincter.

Do a Google search for Kegel exercises. That training will differentiate the two muscle groups.

For 'grad school' training find a woman who's had a baby -- most post partum gals are skilled at Kegels. She can coach you and feel to check that you are doing correct Kegels.

Don't get absorbed or distracted by her feeling your perineum -- just think about the exercise !!!

Some while back there was a good discussion on separating the two. The contractions are all somewhat tied together in those pelvic floor muscles, but if you start with a gentle contraction like you'd use to cut off your urine flow mid-stream mentally focusing on that one type of contraction you can sense some degree of separation of the two. Of course if you pull harder your anus becomes involved with the contraction as well. The so called PC contraction when gently applied won't tighten the anal sphincter enough to pull the massager in. It's the involuntaries pulling it in that bring on the orgasm for me.
